【摘要】 2008年对全球经济来说又是不平凡的一年，美国的次贷危机所引起的金融风暴，几乎席卷了全球，致使多国的经济瞬间崩塌。从雷曼兄弟的倒闭开始，美国更是经历了80年来最严重的经济萎缩，875万个就业机会消失，每年的赤字超过1万亿美元。多少年来，美国已经习惯了当领头羊，但这一次的打击似乎让美国失去了自信。欧洲各主要国家也面临自1929年经济“大萧条”以后最惨痛的时期。从冰岛的“破产”到欧债危机，笼罩在整个资本主义国家上空的雾霾，至今都没有散去。经过这次经济危机，国际社会普遍认为资本主义已经进入垂死挣扎的阶段，势必会发生质的变化。有人说是资本主义制度使然，如有学者认为，从这次金融衍生产品的灾难来看，资本主义的发展已经到了质变的前夜，资本主义国家经济制度以及由其主导的全球经济秩序所具有的不均衡、不公平、不科学的弊端出现了一次大暴露。也有学者认为，美国这次金融风暴导致的经济危机是自由资本主义的失败，美国无论从哪方面讲都逃不了走社会主义道路的结局。西方有些学者甚至在讨论美利坚合众国是如何演变成美利坚社会主义合众国的。是不是说一旦发生了经济危机，我们就应该痛斥资本主义的弊端，随后就进入一种恐慌和不安的状态。现今普遍存在着两种观点：一种是究其危机的原因以及我们如何治理和应对这种危机带来的伤害；另外一种是看到资本主义世界接二连三的爆发经济危机，认为资本主义已经走到了它生命的尽头，一味地否定甚至夸大资本主义的弊端。这两种观点都是基于从经济危机破坏性的角度上提出来的。然而资本主义经济危机对资本主义制度内在还有不容忽视的矫正作用，不管经济危机发生的初衷是什么，但每次经济危机过后都或多或少的帮助了资本主义的发展。在我们无法回避其破坏性的同时，也应该清楚的看到每一次经济危机过后，资本主义并没有走向衰退，而是向更高的层次发展。当前经济已经趋于一体化，在全球化的大背景下，任何一个国家的经济出现危机，与其相连的经济体也会出现连锁反应。当然，就像马克思所说，资本主义经济危机的可能性变为现实性要具备许多条件。显然，在中国特色社会主义背景下，在社会主义市场经济存在的条件下，确实存在着避免发生经济危机和有力克服外来经济危机不利影响的许多有利条件。但是无论如何，在这种新的历史条件下，资本主义世界经济危机对我国的影响是前所未有的，绝不能等闲视之。因此，正确认识经济危机并采取合理有效的方式进行防范是十分必要的。基于以上的论点，本文以马克思经济危机理论为指导，通过分析当前经济危机的原因、发展状况、影响及治理应对四个方面，深度剖析经济危机和资本主义的内在关联，以更加理性的方式看待资本主义经济危机，及我国应如何更好的规避经济危机。更多还原

【Abstract】 2008is an extraordinary year for the global economy, the financial turmoil caused by thesubprime mortgage crisis in the United States, almost swept the world, resulting in thecollapse of multi-national economic moment. From the beginning of the collapse of LehmanBrothers, the United States is experiencing the most severe economic contraction in80years,8.75million jobs disappeared, the annual deficit of over one trillion U.S. dollars.
