【摘要】 FEI公司是参与国家大型项目的国有企业，为解决FEI公司在传统绩效管理中存在的问题，从而保障国家战略的有效实施，本文首先通过调研和数据分析对FEI公司绩效管理现状进行了分析。然后，本文根据FEI公司特点提出了解决问题的方案：建立一个以战略为中心的绩效管理体系，同时提出了一个以战略为中心的绩效管理三循环模型。这个模型整合了平衡记分卡、绩效管理、综合计划管理、项目管理等管理方法，同时还涉及了人力资源管理、企业文化和信息化建设等管理范畴。这个方案可以帮助FEI公司以及其他国企进行改革、有效实施企业战略。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a state-owned company, FEI is undertaking many large-scale projectsfrom government. In order to resolve problems of performance managementof FEI and endure national strategy success, firstly this thesis research andanalyze the basic circumstance of FEI. Then this thesis propose one solution:strategy-focused performance management architecture and one model:three-cycle model which integrates management method of strategy,performance, plan, project, human resource, culture and informationtechnology.
