基于PKI技术的网上申报犬证系统

【摘要】 随着信息技术的飞速发展,网络已成为人们生活的一部分,各种信息管理系统不断涌现,尤其是基于Web的信息系统不断受到政府部门的青睐。而人们已经习惯了在网上购物、网上办事这种生活模式。本文针对目前大部分地区市民都采用纸质的方式来申请犬证,笔者对此进行了调研。纸质的方式缺点是不方便,而每年犬证审验时间又相对集中,排队时间长,通过网上申办犬证系统,市民可以在线申请犬证,上传申请书,而公安局也可以在线审批,审批通过后市民可以在网上缴费,既提高了办事效率,又方便了广大市民。审核者进入系统需要数字证书,这样能提高系统的安全性,确保了审核员的真实身份;对于审核结果,审核者要进行数字签名来保证数据的完整性、有效性、不可抵赖性。因此,作者提出了基于PKI的网上申请犬证系统解决方案。本系统以Microsoft Visual Studio2008为开发平台,以SQL Server2008作为数据库,动态网页开发用ASP.net技术,并采用B/S架构来保证系统的实用性和安全性。本论文在对对称加密算法、非对称加密算法、PKI的基本概念、消息验证技术、数字签名过程以及PKI的应用架构等进行理论学习与研究的基础上,结合网上申报犬证的工作流程,设计出一个基于PKI技术的网上申请犬证数字签名解决方案。该系统实现了用户注册、登录、修改个人信息、申报文件、查询结果、网上付费等功能;审核员审核、查询等功能。利用PKI的技术,保证了信息的机密性、完整性、不可抵赖性、有效性。本论文主要工作如下:1、用户模块、审核员模块软件的设计与开发,能进行正常的网上申报犬证,基本做到界面友好、操作简便。2、研究PKI的基础知识和相关内容,对PKI的应用方案做深入的分析,重点对其应用协议SSL的介绍和应用。3、用户模块和审核员模块使用MD5、数字证书、PKI、数字签名等网络安全技术,并设计了基于MD5的改进加密方法和数字签名改进方案。通过对PKI的理论研究和具体项目的设计,深刻体会到PKI技术对网络安全起到了举足轻重的作用。本文综合运用数字签名、数字证书、加密等多种网络安全技术,建立了一套比较安全的网上申请犬证系统以方便市民办理犬证。
【Abstract】 The internet has been a part of people’s life with the development of theinformation technology.All kinds of information management systems arecontinuously appearing. Especially the government is more and more satisfiedwith information system based on the Web. Many people have beenaccustomed to shopping and handling affairs in the internet.In this paper the information system of applying the dog license in theinternet was analyzed and studied according to using the traditional paperapplication in many areas. Its shortcoming is inconvenient to carry orpreserve in. The people must check up the dog license in the fixed time everyyear. So the applicants are too many to waste much time to queue up. Throughthe internet applying dog license system the applicants can apply in theinternet, upload the application and these applications can be approved in thetime. After the policeman approved it the applicants would pay the fee in theinternet. It is good for the applicants and the government to increase the workefficiency and it is convenient for them. The digital certification will beneeded when the policemen go into the system. This manner will enhance thesystem’s security and identify the authenticity. To the result, the applicantneeds the Digital Signature to ensure the data’s integrality, validity, anti-denial.So the author pointed out a way to solve the information system of applyingthe dog license in the internet based on the PKI.This system uses Microsoft Visual Studio2008as a developmentplatform, SQL Server2008as a database, ASP.net as the dynamic webdevelopment technology and uses B/S structure to ensure the practicality andsafety. This paper is based on studying and researching the theory of PKI,which include PKI’s basic conception, the symmetrical encryption arithmetic, the dissymmetrical arithmetic, the Message Authentication Code technology,the Digital Signature and the PKI’s application configuration. It also has aresearch of the work process of applying of dog license in the internet. Afterthat, a solution of Internet Applying dog license based on PKI technology anddigital signature is designed. This system’s functions include user’smanagement, uploading the application, modifying personal information,querying the final result, and other functions. PKI technology guarantees theinformation’s confidentiality, integrality, anti-denial, validity. This major workof this thesis as follows:1) The user and administrator’s modules are designed and developedwhich the applicants can apply the dog license through it and making theinterface friendly and manipulating simply.2) Studying PKI’s related content and basic knowledge, analyzing PKI’sapplication project, focusing on SSL’s introduction and application.3) The software’s design of the user and administrator’s modules usingthe network security technology of MD5, Digital Certificate, PKI, DigitalSignature, etc. Furthermore, an improved encryption based on MD5and animproved project based on digital signature is designed to make this systemmore safety.Through the study of the theory, application of PKI technology with thespecific project design, I realized that PKI plays a major role in the network’ssecurity. The author designed a solution of the system of Internet Applyingthe dog license to make the people convenient to apply the license. Thenetwork security technology such as the Digital Signature, the DigitalCertificate, and encryption are integrated in this system.
