新一代极轨气象卫星多星在轨运行通信链路的研究与分析

【摘要】 风云三号卫星是实现全球、全天候、多光谱、三维、定量探测的新一代极轨气象卫星,卫星数据产品广泛应用于自然灾害和环境监测、军事气象和专业气象服务等各个方面,为我国气象事业发展和科学研究提供支撑和服务。卫星以组网形式运行,提高了获取卫星遥感数据的时效性,更好地发挥了卫星遥感数据应用效能。然而多星在轨运行时,两颗卫星会不可避免的同时进入同一地面站接收范围,在卫星通信链路设计时受允许使用的频带范围限制,因此同时进入地面接收站接收范围的两颗星下传信号有部分重叠。尽管星上设计时已考虑了采用不同的极化形式,但仍无法保证此时两颗星下传的信号正常接收。研究多星在轨运行时的通信链路问题对我国气象卫星的发展有着重要意义。目前国内外主要研究的是单星通信链路分析和设计,对多星在轨通信链路的分析比较少。多星在轨通信链路的分析不同于单星链路,需要考虑链路中出现各种影响因素的前提下,尤其是降雨的情况下,分析邻星干扰和邻道干扰问题。本论文通过理论分析,提出了一种在考虑各种干扰的情况下多星链路的预算方法,首先对降雨衰减的模型进行研究,并分析了各种影响雨衰的条件;然后对多星在轨的通信链路进行研究,在分析各种载波干扰的同时,着重研究了邻星干扰和邻道干扰;接着根据上述分析结果,建立多星在轨运行的模型,为避免多颗卫星同时进站时卫星夹角过小导致观测卫星链路恶化,计算卫星数传链路能够接受的最小相邻卫星夹角从而在发射卫星及卫星运行时对卫星轨道进行调整。
【Abstract】 FengYun-3Satellite is the new generation polar orbit meteorological satellite,which is widely used in monitor natural hazards, environment, military meteorologicalinformation and dedicated weather information. FY-3well supports the meteorologicalresearch and development. Satellite communication system design is a very complicatedprocess. If we expect the performance of the satellite communication system to be thebest, we need to coordinate various factors. On one hand, with the rapid development ofthe satellite communications, available space orbit resources and frequency resourcesare reducing day by day, research about multiple satelltes in orbit is more and moreimportant, and interference issues among many satellites is increasingly serious. Deeplystudying the issue among multiple satellites on-orbit has been very important in thedevelopment of meteorological satellite.Currently, the research works focus on communication link analysis and design onsingle satellite, however there is few communication link researches about multiplesatellites. The interference analysis is quite important for the link analysis of multiplesatellites. Different from single satellite link design, the interference in multiplesatellites includes adjacent satellite interference and adjacent channel interference. Theformer research considered the adjacent interference while ignoring the rainloss. Thispaper proposes a new method considering all kinds of interference existing in themultiple satellites. Firstly, we study rain attenuation model, and analyze the conditionsinfluencing rainloss. Secondly, we analyze communication link budget when multiplesatellites are on-orbit. Analysis mothod about multiple satellites link is the key point.Considing various interference, we emphasize adjacent satellite interference andadjacent channel interference. After the interrerernce model in multiple satellites is setup, the minimum angle should meet the system condition to let these satellites worknormally. Furthermore, the matlab model is built to verifiy the the rightness of ouranalysis methods.
