基于LED的汽车后雾灯模块组设计

【摘要】 近年汽车照明灯具上LED的应用越来越普遍,LED的平面封装技术给汽车造型带来了革命性的改变,许多前大灯和尾灯功能都选用LED作为光源。可是由于LED光源及与其配套的光学系统成本高昂,因而限制了LED光源在汽车后雾灯应用上的进步发展。本文为了提高LED在汽车后雾灯上的使用率,从降低LED后雾灯系统开发成本的角度入手,打破传统LED后雾灯每辆车都要单独开发的使用方式,引入了LED后雾灯模块组的概念。本文首先通过对LED后雾灯光学系统的原理研究,分别研究了抛物型反射镜、菲涅耳透镜和聚光器三种不同二次配光元件的光学原理,把这些二次配光元件和汽车后雾灯光学系统相结合,实现了符合国家法规要求的LED后雾灯光学系统。同时为了有效地降低汽车照明系统的成本,增加应用性,本文通过设计合理的机械结构分布和零件安装方法,完成了结构可靠、体积小巧、安装便利的LED后雾灯模块组的设计工作。最后本文还通过光学软件仿真模拟和同类产品实验比较双重手段来验证LED后雾灯模块组的性能指标。本文希望通过对这种全新LED后雾灯模块组的规模化制造,未来汽车制造商可以直接选用该模块组来实现汽车的后雾灯功能,不仅性能安全可靠,而且可以大幅降低系统成本,节省了大量的人力开发资源,对日后LED的全面运用起到了示范效应和推动作用。
【Abstract】 In recent years, there are more applications with LED auto lighting. Flat packagingtechnology of LED has brought revolutionary changes to the auto styling, manyheadlamp and taillamp use LED as light source. However, the high cost of LED and itscorresponding optical system curb the further development of the LED application in rearfog lamp.This paper breaks traditional method of LED rear fog lamp, which needsdevelopment for every vehicle. And import new design of LED rear fog lamp module inorder to raise usage of LED. According to theory analysis for the principle of the opticalsystem of LED in this paper, we research optical theory of parabola reflector, Fresnel lensand the light focus. We realize optical system of LED rear fog lamp which conforms toGB regulation with combining them with optical system of rear fog lamp. In addition, inorder to reduce the cost of auto lighting, we design a reliable, compact size, easyinstallation LED rear fog lamp module by reasonable mechanical design. The papervalidate the performance of LED rear fog lamp module by means of simulation andexperiment.By large-scale manufacturing of this new LED module, we hope that carmanufacturers can directly use it to achieve the rear fog lamp function which is not onlysafe and reliable, but also can significantly reduce system costs, and save a lot of humanresources for development. It can also help to push more LED application in autolighting.
