波纹钢板小桥的设计方法研究

【摘要】 钢筋混凝土小桥涵在公路工程造价中占有很大的比重,但经过多年的使用,现在已经出现了诸多病害,本文通过钢筋混凝土小桥涵与波纹钢板小桥涵的对比,阐明了波纹钢板小桥涵的优点和工程应用中的优势,提出了波纹钢板小桥涵研究的必要性、先进性和可行性。详细介绍了目前波纹钢板小桥涵在国内外同类技术的现状、发展趋势及应用状况,进而阐述了本文的主要研目标及研究内容。通过比较加拿大、美国、韩国等的现行规范,揭示了各自现行设计方法的诸多差异与缺陷,建议我国的桥涵设计采用极限状态法。结合我国的公路桥涵通用规范和公路可靠度统一标准,给出了波纹钢板桥涵结构对应的极限状态、安全等级和可靠指标,研究了设计中采用的荷载分项系数。参考国外的设计规范与手册,提出了覆土波纹钢板桥涵设计的基本步骤。通过对比美国、加拿大和我国公路桥涵规范,详细分析了荷载取法、材料特性计算、内力计算、施工验算及板材连接等。基于各个设计规范的比较结果,综合数值模型、土与结构相互作用理论的分析结论,提出了适用于我国荷载标准与可靠度统一标准的设计方法并给出算例。本文的研究成果可以推动我国波纹钢板桥涵设计理论的发展。

【Abstract】 Reinforced concrete bridge and culvert in highway engineering cost occupies a largeproportion, but after years of use, it has appeared a lot of disease, this article throughreinforced concrete culvert and corrugated steel culvert culvert comparison, illustrates theadvantages of corrugated steel bridge and culvert and its engineering application advantage,put forward a corrugated steel culvert of necessity, advantage and feasibility. This articleintroduced the corrugated steel culvert in the domestic and foreign similar technology presentsituation, development trend and application situation, and expounds the main research goaland research contents.The comparison of current codes of Canada, the United States and South Korea revealsnumerous differences among current method as well as deficiencies. The limit state methodis proposed for our bridge and culvert. The limit state, security class and reliability indexes ofcorrugated steel bridge are given and the partial coefficient for the loads used in design isstudied, based on the highway bridge and culvert standard and unified standard for reliabilitydesign of China. With reference to foreign design handbook, the design basic steps ofcorrugated steel bridge with covering soil are given. By the norms of highway bridges andculverts of the United States, Canada and china being compared, the load selection, thecalculation of material properties, internal force calculation, construction calculation, theconnection of plate and so on are analyzed in detail. In the end, a design method which issuitable to load standard and unified standard for reliability design of China has beendeveloped and the examples are given based on the comparison results of each designstandard and the analysis results of comprehensive mathematical model and soil-steelstructure. The Study of this article will promotes the theory development of our corrugatedsteel bridge and culvert.
