管路的流致振动及噪声研究

【摘要】 管路系统的振动噪声对于潜艇辐射噪声的贡献不容忽视,研究管路的振动特性和发声机理对于管路系统的设计制造至关重要。管路系统的振动主要包括动力装置激励、壳体振动传递和管内流体脉动激励;管路系统的噪声主要包括泵源的传递噪声、结构振动的辐射噪声以及流体的流动噪声。本文以直管和弯管为研究对象,利用数值方法对流致振动、振动声辐射和流致噪声等问题进行了计算和分析,具体如下:第一,归纳总结了管路系统噪声种类,阐述了水动力噪声的发声机理和数学模型,给出了管路系统噪声的控制方法。第二,利用APDL、CCL和MATLAB等语言编制了ANSYS与CFX之间的流固耦合插值程序。该插值程序不仅可以实现流体载荷的重复加载,而且可以分别实现时域和频域上的振动响应计算。通过计算得到:一定速度下,对于简支边界条件下的直管和弯管结构,其壁面加权振动总级的大小与管内流体速度的大小成抛物线关系。第三,详细介绍了ACTRAN计算流致噪声的过程,利用ANSYS和ACTRAN进行了管壁振动声辐射的分析,利用CFX+ACTRAN进行了管内流致噪声的分析。一定速度下,管壁辐射声功率总级、管内流致噪声声压总级和管内流致噪声辐射声功率总级均与管内流体速度的大小成抛物线关系。最后,对本文的计算内容进行了总结和归纳,并总结了相关规律。本文得到的规律可为管路设计提供依据和参考。

【Abstract】 The vibration and sound of pipeline system are an important part of contribution tosound radiation of submarine. Research on performance of vibration and mechanism ofnoise is necessary to pipeline design. The source of pipeline vibration mainly includespower device incentive, the input of shell vibration and fluid impulse excitation. Thesource of pipeline noise mainly includes the input of power device, structural soundradiation and flow induced noise. The paper is focused on straight pipe and bending pipe,uses numerical methods to compute and analyzes flow induced vibration, flow inducednoise and sound radiation. And it includes some parts as follows:Firstly, it summarizes noise type of pipeline system, expounds the mechanism andmathematics model of hydrodynamic noise and gives noise control method of pipelinesystem.Secondly, FSI algorithm between CFX and ANSYS is compiled using CCL, APDLand MATLAB which can not only extend the fluid load, but also can accomplishcomputation of pipeline vibration in time domain and in frequency domain. Bycomputing the model, we can come to the conclusion that the total weighted vibrationlevel of simply supported straight pipe and bending pipe increases with square of velocityunder certain velocity.Thirdly, introduce ACTRAN process for the computation of flow induced noise. UseANSYS and ACTRAN to analyze structural sound radiation of piping wall, and use CFXand ACTRAN to analyze flow induced noise. Under certain velocity, the total radiatedsound power of piping wall, total sound pressure level and total radiated sound power offlow induced noise increase with square of velocity.Finally, the paper summarizes the content and gets some law. Simulation result canprovide reference for the pipeline design.
