LPG发动机电子节气门控制策略设计与仿真研究

【摘要】 电子节气门技术是整车电子化的一个重要组成部分,在越来越多的汽车上得已广泛应用。与传统节气门相比,电子节气门能够预估扭矩根据实际运行状况调节节气门开度使之处于最佳位置,使整车在动力性、排放性和燃油经济性方面有较大改善。由于国内电子节气门控制系统研究起步较晚,核心技术都被国外垄断,因此对电子节气门控制系统的研究具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文以项目“LPG发动机电控系统研发”为依托,针对电子节气门控制系统的设计进行仿真研究。在对电子节气门控制系统结构和工作原理分析,以及确定PWM脉宽调节驱动方式来控制节气门开度基础之上,分析了影响电子节气门控制精度的非线性因素,包括减速齿轮啮合间隙非线性、复位弹簧非线性、摩擦力非线性和进气流量改变带来冲击力的非线性,并建立了非线性数学模型,包括直流电机数学模型、节气门阀片数学模型、传感器数学模型。同时,对电子节气门控制策略进行了分析,针对电子节气门系统的非线性问题,对传统递增式PID控制、模糊自适应PID控制、滑模变结构控制以及基于模糊切换增益的全局滑模控制四种控制方式建立了数学模型;进而,基于Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow工具分别对所建数学模型进行仿真,分别用四种控制器分析了电子节气门在阶跃信号下的跟随特性。根据控制效果,同时考虑成本因素,最终建议将滑模变结构控制作为系统的控制算法。
【Abstract】 Electronic throttle control system is an important part of vehicle control technology,which is used in an increasing number of vehicles. Compared with the traditional throttle,electronic throttle can estimate torque on the actual operating conditions, which makesthe throttle opening be in the best position in order to improve the power, emissions andfuel economy of vehicles. As the research of domestic electronic throttle control systemwas started very late, the core technologies was monopolized by foreign, so the researchabout electronic throttle control system has important theoretical and practicalsignificance. This paper which based on the project " Research on LPG engine controlsystem " mainly has finished the research of simulation for electronic throttle controlsystem.Based on analyzing the electronic throttle control system structure and workingprinciple and selecting pulse width modulation to drive motor, nonlinear factors whichaffected accuracy of electronic throttle control system was Analyzed, including thenonlinear of the reduction gear backlash, the nonlinear of return spring and friction andthe nonlinear from changes of inlet gas flow. While, mathematical model of thenon-linear was established including mathematical model of DC motor, mathematicalmodel of the throttle valve, the mathematical model of the sensor. At the same time,control strategy of the electronic throttle was analyzed. Against the nonlinear,mathematical model of four ways which included the traditional incremental PID control,fuzzy adaptive PID control, synovial variable structure control, the global fuzzy synovialswitching gain control was established. And then, simulation model is built by usingmatlab/simulink/stateflow tools, the following characteristics under step was analyzedin four control strategy. According to control effectiveness, at the same time, taking intofactors of account cost, ultimately variable structure control was suggested as systemcontrol algorithms.
