【摘要】 武汉市拥有丰富的湖泊资源，最为城市公共空间的重要组成部分，滨湖公共空间本应该成为城市生活中最具有活力，极具吸引力的场所之一。然而笔者通过对武汉市滨湖公共空间使用现状的实地调查发现，多处滨湖公共空间使用人数少，场所冷清，缺乏活力。本文正是基于此背景，通过对国内外滨水、滨湖公共空间活力营造相关理论以及优秀案例的研究，总结出影响滨湖公共空间活力的主要因素为关联性、可达性、公共性、多样性、亲水性、趣味性。在此基础上，从滨湖公共空间主体区和支撑区两个方面入手，重点抽取武汉市10个已开发的滨湖公共空间现状进行了深入调查，具体针对滨湖空间主体区中滨湖公园绿化缓冲带建设、滨湖步道宽度、驳岸建设方式，滨湖广场建设；支撑区中用地现状、对外联系交通现状、视线通透性现状等方面，以此探究武汉市滨湖公共空间活力缺失的原因，并针对滨湖公共空间主体区和支撑区的特点，提出提升武汉市滨湖公共空间活力的主要策略。针对武汉市滨湖公共空间活力缺失的具体原因，笔者提出本体区提升活力的策略有：扩展滨湖空间、增强亲水性、提升空间环境品质、提高内部交通的通达性；支撑区提升活力的策略有：多功能用地混合、改善滨湖公共空间对外交通联系、建立城市与滨湖公共空间视觉廊道。最后笔者对武汉市月湖文化艺术区进行实例分析，采用POE调查分析方法，站在使用者的角度提出月湖文化艺术区活力提升策略，并以此检验前文所提出的提升策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 There is rich lake resources in Wuhan. As an important part of the city’s public spaces,the lake banks should have been one of the most attractive spaces in urban area. However,what I found according to the research is that only a small number of people use the lakebanks.Based on this background, through the study of the domestic and internationalwaterfront’s good atmosphere’s build related theory and successful cases, this surveyconclude that the main factors are relevance, accessibility, public, diversity, hydrophilicand interest. On this basis, this article start in two ways of main area itself and supportingarea of lakeside public space. I focus on extracting10lakeside public space which hasbeen developed in Wu han, conducting a thorough investigation. I specific for theconstruction of green buffer zone, the width of lakeside trail, construction methods ofrevetment in area itself of lakeside public space;the land status quo, External transport,Line of sight permeability in supporting area of lakeside public space.Through the furtherexplore of the current situation of the waterfront’s use, I studied the reason why thewaterfront’s public places are short of energy, and raised several strategies from the areaitself and the supporting area to improve Wuhan’s public waterfront’s energy.My strategies to improve the energy in the waterfront itself are as follows, expandingthe waterfront, improving the hydrophilicity and the environment, connecting the area’stransportation; Strategies to improve the energy in the supporting area are as follows,multifunction land mixing, improving the transportation between the area and other places,establishing the visual bridge between the city and the waterfront.Finally, I analysis the Yuehu cultural are in Wuhan, using the methods of POE,I putforward the promotion strategies in the user’s perspective and test the previouslypropsed strategy更多还原
