【摘要】 研究目的通过选择科学性、客观性、精确性的评价指标来构建老年病医院护理过程质量评价指标体系，并设置各级指标的权重，为老年护理规范化管理奠定一定的基础。研究对象老年病医院护理过程质量评价指标体系研究方法应用文献回顾法、借鉴相关理论和相关政策，初步拟定老年病医院护理过程质量评价指标体系；运用Delphi法对指标进行筛选；采用层次分析法和专家重要性赋值均数法确定指标的权重；采用定性定量结合分析法对指标体系进行分析论证；运用Excel2003和SPSS17.0软件进行数据统计分析。研究结果1.专家的代表性和可靠性两轮咨询问卷回收率均为100%，说明专家组有较高的积极性；通过对专家组一般资料进行定性分析和专家权威程度的定量分析，表明专家组具有较好的代表性及较高的权威程度；两轮调查总体指标的专家协调系数分别为0.278、0.402，说明专家意见趋于一致，调查结果可取。2.老年病医院护理过程质量评价指标体系的建立采用Delphi法以同时满足指标重要性赋值均数＞3.5、变异系数＜0.25为指标筛选标准对初步拟定的指标体系进行指标筛选，经过两轮的专家咨询，专家对指标的协调程度逐渐增高，最终确定了包括3项一级指标、17项二级指标和55项三级指标的老年病医院护理过程质量评价指标体系。3.各级指标权重系数的设置在专家重要性赋值均数的基础上，运用层次分析法设置一、二级指标权重，3项一级指标权重系数分别为：0.4、0.4、0.2。同时利用专家重要性赋值均数设置三级指标的权重，并用概率乘法的原理计算出各级指标的组合权重。结论1.建立了老年病医院护理过程质量评价指标体系，该指标体系覆盖面广，科学性强、可信度高。2.老年病医院护理过程质量评价指标体系权重设置科学、合理、准确。更多还原

【Abstract】 PurposeTo establish the envaluation index system of geriatric hospical nursing processquality by selecting the scienctific, objectival, accurate evaluation indexes, and set theweights of all classes indicators, in order to lay a certain foundation for thestandardized management of aged care.ObjectiveThe envaluation index system of geriatric hospital nursing process qualityMethodsPreliminarily drawn up a envaluation index system of geriatric hospical nursingprocess quality by reviewing literatures, drawing on relevant theories and policies;Screened indexes by the Delphi method; Ascertained the index weight by the analytichierarchy process(AHP) method and the experts，evaluation method; Analysised andproofed evaluation index system by combining the qualitative method andquatitative method; Analyzed data by Excel2003and the SPSS17.0software.Results1. The weights of all class indexes were setted.The weights of the first and the second class indexes were setted using AHPmethod at the basis of the mean importance of index. The weights of the first-classindexes were0.4,0.4, and0.2. The weights of the third-chass indexes were setted bythe mean importance of index and we worked out the combination weight by theprinciple of probability multiplication.Conclution1. We established the evaluation index system of geriatric hospical nursing processquality. The evaluation index system is scientific,reliable, and covers widely.2.
