滨州市事业单位太阳能供热项目经济分析与评价研究

【摘要】 太阳能集中供热具有费用低、集热效率高等优点。滨州属于太阳能资源自然条件较好的地区,太阳能资源比较丰富,年日照小时数在2200小时以上,太阳辐射总量大于每平方米5000兆焦,相当于260公斤标准煤的热值。而目前滨州市大多数事业单位采用热电厂集中供热,只有少部分单位采用锅炉和应用太阳能供热。本文研究滨州市事业单位太阳能供热项目经济分析与评价问题,有利于拓展经济分析与评价的研究领域,对于类似区域事业单位合理利用资源,提高能源利用利用效率具有理论指导和实际应用价值。论文在对滨州市事业单位能源利用和供热存在问题进行分析的基础上,从滨州市事业单位太阳能供热项目能量回收、年费用和净现金流量三个方面进行了经济分析。提出了滨州市事业单位太阳能供热项目经济评价指标体系建立原则,构建了滨州市事业单位太阳能供热项目经济评价指标体系与评价模型。论文对滨州学院太阳能供热项目进行了经济评价实证分析,以验证滨州市事业单位太阳能供热项目经济评价指标体系与评价模型的有效性与科学性。论文从改善太阳能供热项目的使用环境,建立健全太阳能供热项目的经济评价机制和加强太阳能供热项目的经济评价基础工作建设等方面提出了滨州市事业单位太阳能供热项目实施经济评价保障措施。
【Abstract】 The solar energy central heating has advantages of low cost and high thermal efficiency.Binzhou city belongs to the regions that the solar energy resources in natural conditions arerelatively good.The average annual sunshine hours are more than2200hours. The sunradiation amount is more than5billion joule every square metre, equivalent to the calorificvalue of260kg standard coal. And at present most institutions in Binzhou city use thermalcentral heating, only a few use the boiler the solar heating. This thesis studies the economicanalysis and evaluation of the solar heating project in Binzhou city’s institutions. It helpsdevelop the economic analysis and evaluation field of study. It has theoretical guidance andpractical application value for similar regional institutions in reasonable utilization ofresources and increasing the energy utilization efficiency.On the foundation of the analysis of the problems on energy utilizing and heating ininstitutions of Binzhou city, this thesis makes an economic analysis from three aspects: theenergy recovery, annual cost and net cash flow of the solar heating project. It proposes theestablishment principle of solar heating project economic evaluation index system in Binzhoucity’s institutions. It composes solar heating project economy evaluation index system andevaluation model in Binzhou city’s institutions. The thesis carries out economic evaluationempirical analysis of the Binzhou University solar heating project to validate whether theBinzhou institution of solar heating project economic evaluation index system and evaluationmodel are effective and scientific. The thesis proposes safeguard measures of the Binzhouinstitutions of solar heating project economic evaluation from the improvement of solarheating project environment, the establishment and improvement of the solar heating projecteconomic evaluation mechanism and the reinforcement of foundation construction of the solarheating project economic evaluation.
