高校思想政治理论课与日常思想政治工作相结合的意义与途径研究

【摘要】 高校思想政治教育工作承担着为社会主义事业培养出合格的建设者和可靠的接班人的重任,思想政治教育理论课与日常思想政治工作分别作为高校思想政治教育的主渠道和主阵地,需要有机结合,交流协作,不断促进思想政治教育工作迈上新台阶。同时,思想政治理论课和日常思想政治工作具有职业目标上的同一性、素质要求上的相似性和工作方法上的互补性,具备实现结合的基本条件。本文在研究国内外相关文献与结合作者实际工作经验、工作感悟的基础上,主要从理论依据和现实需要上对高校思想政治理论课和日常思想政治工作的结合进行了论证。本文将思想政治理论课与日常思想政治工作的结合分为了思想政治理论课教师、辅导员两支教育队伍的结合同思想政治理论课与团学活动、就业指导、心理健康教育等具体教育工作的结合进行论述,并提出将微博这一新型网络工具作为推进思想政治教育队伍结合与思想政治理论课同具体教育工作相结合的新平台。论文在整体论述上做到了理论与现实的统一、分类与综合的统一、横向与纵向的统一,对高校加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作具有一定的参考价值和借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The political and ideological education of colleges and universities shall help to cultivate qualified builders and reliable successors for socialist cause. The theory course of ideological and political education is the main channel of political and ideological education for colleges and universities while the routine ideological and political work is the primary filed of that. The efficient combination, exchange and cooperation of them will facilitate the continuous improvements of political and ideological education so that they can all be enhanced to a new level. Meanwhile, the theory course of ideological and political education and the routine ideological and political work are identical in career objectives, similar in quality-oriented education and complementary in working methods. Thus, there are basic conditions for their combination.On the basis of research of the related literatures and the practical working experience and the enlightenments of the author, this paper will mainly expound and prove the combination of the theory course of ideological and political education and the routine ideological and political work from the perspectives of theoretical bases and the practical demands. The combination of the theory course and the routine ideological and political work will be divided into two parts in this paper. The first part is the cooperation of the two education teams of the theory courses of ideological and political education, which are the teachers and the counselors. The second part is the combination of theory courses of ideological and political education with the activities of Youth League Committee and Student Union, the occupational guidance, the mental health education and other specific education work. In addition, this paper also make a suggestion that Microblog, a new kind of internet tools, shall be a new platform for pushing forward the combination of the ideological and political education team and the combination of theory course of ideological and political education with the specific education work. Based on the overall analysis, this paper can achieve good effects of the integration of the theory and the practice, the classification and synthesis and the vertical and horizontal analysis.
