论严歌苓的网络传播

【摘要】 我们早已不知不觉中进入了网络时代,互联网的迅速普及,网络技术的飞速发展,上网人数的急剧攀升,已经不再是让人啧啧感叹的话题。网页挤占书页,读屏多于读书,纸笔让位于键盘,已经是难以逆转的文化大趋势。在全民审美的意义上,互联网已经成为人类继广播和影视之后最具大众性的文化媒体之一。传统文学作品的欣赏,往往受到主流文学批评标准的影响和制约,读者个体的艺术批评倾向常常得到压抑和弱化。而网络几乎拆卸了所有的文学壁垒,让文学话语权回归民间,无数网民热烈地加入到文学批评的队列中,以一己的热情,为作家作品的优劣定位。在这样的趋势下,一名作家能否在网络上得到热评,无疑是他成功与否的重要表现。被誉为“翻手为苍凉,覆手为繁华”的严歌苓,早在十数年前,就以《绿血》、《雌性的草地》、《少女小渔》、《天浴》等作品,引起了学界的关注。随着电视剧《一个女人的史诗》、《铁梨花》、《幸福来敲门》、《小姨多鹤》的热播,张艺谋电影《金陵十三钗》的热炒,北美华文作家严歌苓,渐渐进入了普通大众的视野。不同时代传播媒介的不同特点,必然对包括文学艺术在内的人类精神生活方式产生深刻影响。网络时代下的文学研究,仅仅局限于文本本身似乎已经远远不够,加入新的研究手段十分必要。本文在绪论中,介绍了“网络传播”的基本概念,作家严歌苓的基本情况,以及当下“严歌苓热”现象,对学界的严歌苓研究情况进行综述。第1章对网络中严歌苓传播情况进行整理,简要评介了各大专辑、论坛、专栏,以及提供严歌苓作品下载网站的规模与发展情况。相比起张爱玲、王安忆在民间的火热,严歌苓在网络的传播、网民的评论,总体来说还处于零散状态。第2章从小说技巧、女性视野、历史维度、比较研究和批评意见五个方面,对网民千头万绪的评论进行整理,辅以学术研究的态度,对其中具有代表性和建设性的意见加以点评总结。第3章结合严歌苓的编剧身份,以及作品与影视剧联姻的情况,提出严歌苓小说作品的视听化倾向和影视剧本的文学化倾向,同时对《金陵十三钗》在从文学向电影转变的途中产生的裂变与得失提出进一步研究的期许。第4章阐述严歌苓小说被电子化,作为网络文学传播的总体情况,提出了传统文学传播转向网络带来的优势与隐忧。在互联网日益发达的今天,文学研究也不应当遗漏这一重要载体。网络的高度开放性与匿名性,为广大普通读者提供了自由发言的平台。对网络中严歌苓传播情况的整理,可以为这位作家的研究提供更详尽的资料。另外,从文学接受的角度来说,读者的主观反映应当是文学批评的重点,而在很长一段历史时期内,“读者”的范围被缩小在研究者的圈子里,真正意义上阅读群体的意见并没有得到应有的重视。对严歌苓网络传播的研究,也有弥补这一缺憾的价值和意义。另外,本文结合严歌苓作品作为网络文学的传播情况,在具体分析的同时,还探讨了网络文学的发达给文学发展带来的问题,以为这是一个需进一步探讨的重大课题。更多还原
