【摘要】 21世纪,新兴的光电子产业已经逐渐受到重视,为了提升长春的产业竞争力,必须大力发展长春的光电子产业,其根本出发点就是提升光电子产业的创新能力。本文首先介绍了国内外关于光电子产业的研究现状以及光电子产业创新的一些相关理论,接着重点分析了长春光电子产业以及创新的现状,然后在此基础上对长春光电子产业创新能力进行SWOT分析,并且量化为各种评价指标,通过评价模型的建立对长春光电子产业进行了重点评价以及测算,最后依据评价测算的结论对长春光电子产业创新能力的提升提出一些相关建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the21st century,The new optoelectronic industry has gradually be taken seriously. In order to improve the competitiveness of the industry of Changchun,We must develop the changchun optoelectronic industry.Its basic starting point is to ascend optoelectronic industry innovation.First,This paper introduces the domestic and foreign present situation of the study on optoelectronic industry and some related theories of the optoelectronic industry innovation. Second,This paper analyzes the status of changchun’s optoelectronic industry and innovation Third,This paper analyzes changchun’s optoelectronic industry innovation ability using SWOT analysis method on the basis of the second part,and for all kinds of quantitative evaluation index.Through the establishment of evaluation model of changchun’s optoelectronic industry focuses on measuring and evaluation.This paper puts forward some relevant advices for improving changchun’s optoelectronic industry innovation ability on the basis of the conclusion.更多还原
