【摘要】 随着城市化进程的加速,交通问题已经成为许多城市面临的难题之一。要实现城市公共交通健康有序地发展,必须大力发展城市公共交通,实施公交优先政策。南宁是广西的首府,是西南地区重要的省会城市,也是每年东盟博览会的举办城市,优越的地理位置促进南宁必须促进城市公共交通的发展,改善城市交通状况,以交通发展带动城市发展,更好地发挥其枢纽城市的作用。本文介绍了南宁市城区公交概况,政策实施情况及存在问题,以政策执行过程模型为分析工具,从政策执行主体、政策执行客体、政策自身以政策资源环境四个方面对南宁市公交优先政策进行系统分析,并提出切实可行的建议对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the acceleration of the urbanization process, the traffic problem has become one of the problems faced by many cities. To achieve the healthy and orderly development of urban public transport, we must vigorously develop urban public transport and carry out the Public Transport Priority Policy Nanning is the capital of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and is the Permanent host city of China-ASEAN Expo. Numerous location advantages to promote Nanning must Speed up the development of urban public transport, improve the urban traffic conditions, let the transport development to promote urban development, and make the hub city to work. This article introduce the overview of Nanning City, implementation of policy and problems, and use the Policy implementation of the process model as the analysis tools, analyze the Nanning Public Transport Priority Policy in four parts, which are the main policy implementation, the object, the policy itself, and policy resources and environment and making practical recommendations countermeasures.更多还原
