【摘要】 随着社会的不断进步,人们对幼儿教育越来越重视,幼儿教师性别结构失衡逐渐进入人们研究的视野。幼师性别单一化造成的种种不良影响已经引起人们较大的关注。当前幼儿教师主要是女性的原因是什么,长期的性别结构失衡带来了哪些不利影响,我们应该怎样看待这种现象,又该采取哪些措施来改善这种不良的局面?笔者在掌握大量文献资料的基础上,在福州市选取了12所幼儿园进行了实地的调查研究。通过调研,分别分析了学前教育专业学生、幼儿园教师的性别结构,考察了幼儿园园长、幼儿家长以及幼儿对当前幼师性别结构失衡现状的态度和看法。进而运用所学的社会学理论知识和相关的女性主义视角论述了失衡的原因,并且对一些需要厘清的问题进行了初步探讨。在此基础上,笔者提出了相应的解决对策。主要表现为四个方面：政府加强立法,重视幼儿教师性别结构平衡；大众媒体宣传引导,树立正确的社会性别意识观；幼儿园管理者因园制宜,加强园际合作；幼儿教师转变观念,加强自身的社会性别意识。希望通过这些措施的实施和执行,吸引更多的男性加入幼师行列中,进一步优化幼师性别结构,促进幼儿的全面发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the constant progress of the society, people pay more and more attention to early childhood education. The phenomenon of preschool teachers’ gender imbalance is gradually put into vision of people. The gender imbalance caused by all sorts of adverse effects has attracted great attention. Why are the current kindergarten teachers mainly women? Which adverse effects the long-term sex structure unbalance brought about? How should we look upon this kind of phenomenon, and what measures should we take to improve this bad situation? On the basis of mastering a large number of documents, the author has selected12kindergartens for the on-the-spot investigation and study in the city of Fu Zhou. Through the investigation, the author analyzes the gender structure of students major in preschool education and preschool teachers, and examines the kindergarten, parents and children’s current attitudes and perceptions on the current kindergarten teacher gender imbalance. Then I use some social theory and feminist perspective to discuss the reason of the imbalance, and clarify some issues which need to discuss. On this basis, the author puts forward four corresponding countermeasures. The government should strengthen legislation and pay attention to the gender structure of infant teachers balance; mass media should propaganda and guide to establish the correct social gender consciousness; the directors ought to manage by park system, strengthen international cooperation; preschool teachers change idea and strengthen their awareness of social gender. The author hope that through the implementation of these measures, we can attract more men to join in the teachers ranks, and further optimize the teachers gender structure, promote the comprehensive development of children.更多还原
