【摘要】 高校课堂有效教学特指高校教师课堂有效教学,是高校教师遵循教学规律,成功引起、维持并促进学生有效学习、最大程度实现预期教学目标的课堂教学；高校教师课堂有效教学现状指高校教师的课堂教学是不是有效、在哪些方面有效以及有效程度。伴随高等教育的大众化,在整个高等教育普遍面临质量问题的当下,新建本科高校的办学条件与教学积累等使其质量问题更加突出,研究新建本科高校有效教学的现状、影响因素及其对策,既可以为新建本科高校改进教学提供参考,也可以为其它类型的高校改进教学提供参考。对新建本科高校的调研发现,新建高校教师课堂教学从整体看和从不同方面(或指标)看比较有效。新建高校教师课堂教学不同方面(或指标)的有效程度由高到低依次为教学态度、教学组织、教学表达、教学内容、教学方法、教学效果,新建高校教师课堂教学不同方面(或指标)有效性存在差异,其中7种差异不显著,2种差异显著,6种差异非常显著。无论是对新建高校教师课堂教学整体有效性还是对课堂教学不同方面(或指标)的有效性,教师评价最高,学生评价最低,教学管理者评价居中,且差异非常显著。A、B两所新建高校的课堂教学整体有效性和不同方面或指标的有效性存在差异,A校高于B校。新建高校学生、教师和教学管理者认为,学生、教师和学校是影响教师课堂有效教学的重要或很重要因素,其中不同影响因素的重要性不一样,重要程度从高到低依次是教师、学校和学生。影响新建高校教师课堂教学有效性的教师因素包括教师的教学理念,教学责任意识和投入,教学知识,对教学的学习、实践、反思和研究等；学校因素包括办学理念,对教学的重视、鼓励和支持,同事鼓励、支持和帮助等；学生因素包括学生的配合、支持和投入等。根据新建高校教师课堂教学有效性的现状特别是存在的问题以及影响因素,提升教师课堂教学有效性,学校必须创设条件和氛围,做到：明确办学定位,重视教学改革,加强教学监控,创设现代教学手段采用的条件；教师必须主观努力,做到：转变教学理念,增强责任意识,丰富教学知识,优化教学过程,提高教学反思能力；学生必须给予配合、支持和投入,做到：全员、全程和全身心地配合、支持教师课堂教学活动,自主学习,增加认知投入、行为投入和情感投入。更多还原

【Abstract】 College Classroom Effective Teaching refers to the effective teaching by college teachers in college classroom, they following teaching rules, successful teacher follow caused, maintain and promote students to learn effectively, achieving the desired maximum degree of the teaching objectives in class teaching; College classroom effective teaching situation means of the classroom teaching of college teachers, in what ways is effective, efficient and how about the effective conditions. The popularization of higher education, with higher education generally in the whole quality problems in the present, facing the newly-established universities conditions for running schools and teaching accumulating makes the quality problem more prominent, research new effective teaching situation, influencing factors and countermeasures for the new universities, which can provide reference to improve the teaching, can also for other types of universities improve teaching reference. The survey of new college classroom teaching, new universities from overall look at more effective than see from the different aspect or indicators, new college classroom teaching of various aspects of effective degree from high to low for teaching attitude, in teaching organization, teaching express, teaching content, teaching method, teaching effect, the newly built college teaching different aspects, or index, in which seven effectiveness of differences exist no significant difference, two significant difference, six species of difference is very significant. Both for new college teaching overall effectiveness or different aspects of classroom teaching, teacher assessment of highest, students assessment lowest, and teaching managers assessment is medium. A、B two newly-built universities teaching for overall effectiveness and separate aspects or index difference of more effectiveness A school than B school, New college students, teachers and teaching managers think, students, teachers, school is the influence teachers’ classroom teaching efficiency is important or very important factors, among which the importance of different affecting factors, as important rate from high to low in turn are teachers, school and students. Influence of new college teaching effectiveness teacher factors include:the teachers’ teaching concept, teaching responsibility consciousness and investment, teaching knowledge, the study and practice of teaching, reflection and research; School factors include the school idea, teaching attention, encourage and support, the school colleague to encourage, support and help; Students factors include students cooperation, support and investment. According to the new college teachers’teaching effectiveness of current situation, the existing problems of the ascension, especially classroom teaching effectiveness, schools must create conditions and atmosphere should be:clear orientation, value the classroom teaching, strengthen the teaching investment, support teaching environment reform, further strengthening and improving teaching management, improving the teaching quality. Teachers must subjective effort, accomplish:change the teaching idea, to strengthen responsibility consciousness, increase the teaching investment, rich teaching knowledge, improve teaching reflection ability, comprehensive optimization teaching process; Students must gives cooperate, support and commitment and to do:full, full and wholeheartedly cooperate and support teachers teaching activities, independent study, increases cognitive investment, behavior inputs and emotional investment, improve teachers’ teaching enthusiasm.更多还原
