【摘要】 城市化是伴随着工业发展而兴起的,是财富增长和积累的发动机。世界范围内的经验表明：城市化发展是国家从贫穷走向富裕的必经之路。有研究表明城市化率在20%一70%之间时,城市化进入加速发展阶段。截至2009年底,全国的城市化率是46.7%。有一位诺贝尔经济学奖得主如是评价中国的城市化“中国的城市化与美国的高科技发展是深刻影响21世纪人类发展的两大主题”。使得中国的城市化进程受到全世界的广泛关注目前湖南省的城市化发展正处于加速阶段,人口规模逐年攀升,人均收入不断提高,正好为寿险业的发展创造了很好的条件和基础。站在寿险公司的立场上研究湖南省城市化进程对寿险需求的影响,有利于认清湖南省寿险市场,对寿险分支机构的分布设点有很重要的参考价值。本文首先对城市化以及寿险需求的概念进行了界定,在一般框架下,从四个维度论及城市化对寿险发展的影响；继而根据研究的需要和对已有城市化指标体系的分析,建立了合适的城市化指标体系,结合湖南省14个地市数据对城市化指标与寿险需求的关系进行定性和定量分析。文章采用面板数据模型,分析并选择合适的面板数据模型的类型,建立回归方程。重点分析人口和经济城市化对寿险需求的影响,找出一般规律。最后做出总结,并给寿险公司提供建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Urbanization is the engine of growth and accumulation of wealth, which is accompanied by the rise of industrial development. Worldwide experience has shown that:the development of urbanization is the only way from poverty to prosperity in a country. Research has shown that if urbanization rate is between20%and70%urbanization enters an accelerated development stage. By the end of2009, our country’s urbanization rate is46.7%. A Nobel economic prize winner so evaluation China urbanization "China urbanization and American high-tech development is two theme which profound influence the development of mankind in the21st century ". The speech makes China’s urbanization is worldwide attention.Now development of the urbanization in Hunan Province is in the acceleration phase. Population size has been increasing year by year. Per capita income is rising. It created a very good condition and foundation just for the life insurance industry. Standing in the position of life insurance companies, studying urbanization and the impact of the life insurance needs, is conducive to clear understanding of the life insurance market in Hunan Province. And it also has a very important point of reference value for the distribution of life insurance branch.The author firstly defines the concept of urbanization and life insurance needs; and then deals with the influence of urbanization on life insurance development from four dimensions in general framework; then based on the needs of research and the analysis of urbanization index system, the article established an appropriate indicator system of urbanization. Combined with the data of14Cities in Hunan Province, the relationship between urbanization and life insurance needs was done qualitative and quantitative analysis. Using panel data model, the paper analyzed and chose the right panel data model type, and made a regression equation. This thesis focuses on analyzing population and economic effects of urbanization on life insurance needs, than finds general rules. Finally, it made a summary and provided suggestions for life insurance companies.更多还原
