【摘要】 创新人才的培养是建设创新型国家的关键，是实施人才强国战略的重要内容。高等学校现阶段的人才培养目标就是培养具有创新精神和实践能力较强的全面发展人才。当前，高等学校在创新型人才培养工作中还存在诸多薄弱环节，特别是在大学生创新精神、创新能力的培养和整体素质的提升方面，还存在着认识上、构架上、机制上等亟待解决的问题。这就要求高等学校认真审视这些问题，真正建立完善起切实可行的，并能适应经济社会发展要求的创新型人才培养的体系，把以创新型人才培养为核心的素质教育贯穿于大学生培养的全过程，调动各方面资源和力量，形成合力，促进大学生创新精神的养成和创新能力的不断增强。高等学校共青团作为党的助手和后备军，在人才培养中负有重要的职责和使命，具有独特的组织优势和不可替代的组织作用。高校共青团必须充分认识创新人才培养的重要意义，认清共青团组织自身在创新型人才培养中的地位与作用、优势与特点、功能与缺失，进一步科学定位，理清思路，创新机制，把握工作原则，掌握实现路径，努力构建服务创新人才培养的运行机制，在创新人才培养中发挥独特的重要作用。本文从以下四个方面进行了研究：第一部分关于创新与创新人才培养研究。阐述了创新和创新人才培养的内涵，分析了高等学校创新人才培养的意义、目标以及存在的主要问题。第一部分是论文研究的基础，对问题进行了认真的梳理，给出了研究的前提条件，找出共青团在创新人才培养中的空间。第二部分关于共青团在创新人才培养中的地位研究。分析研究高校共青团在创新人才培养中的历史和现实意义，指出高校共青团在创新人才培养中的独特地位，以此为基础思考高校共青团在创新人才培养中应发挥的独特而重要的作用。第三部分关于共青团在创新人才培养中的作用研究。总结高校共青团在创新人才培养的初步实践，提出高校共青团在创新人才培养中不可替代的作用，以此为基础思考高校共青团在创新人才培养中面临的机遇与挑战以及如何应对。第四部分关于共青团在创新人才培养中的机制研究。从系统的、科学的角度提出了共青团在创新人才培养中的应进一步深化的方向，提出了共青团在创新人才培养中的原则、路径、机制。从共青团角度强化创新人才培养，发挥高校团组织优势，激发大学生创新意识，培育大学生创新精神，提高大学生创新能力，把创新人才培养落到实处，加强高等学校创新人才培养的有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cultivation of innovative talents is the key to the constructionof an innovative country and the important content of implementing the strategy of Making the Nation Powerful though Talents. The current goal of talents cultivation in university is to foster fully developed talents with innovativespirits and strong practical abilities. At present，there are still some weaklinks in the university training work of innovation talents,some problems needed to be solved in the perspective,structure and mechanism,especially in the respects of the cultivation of creative spirits and abilities,the improvementof overall capabilities. So it requires universities to take these matters seriously and establish practical and feasible cultivation system of innovative talents that is in accordance with the development requirements of the times. They should regard the cultivation of innovative talents as the core of qualityeducation of college students through the whole training process，and mobilize all kinds of resources and power to form resultant force，which promotes theimprovement of creative spirits and abilities.Universities’Communist Youth League being the party’s assistant and reserve force，it shoulders an important responsibility in talents cultivation,enjoys a unique organizational advantage plays irreplaceable organizational role.Organizations of university Communist Youth League must fully understand the important significance of cultivating innovative talents. They must recognize the necessity， advantages and existing problems of the Communist Youth Leagueorganizations in the cultivation of the innovative talents and have a clear mind and scientific orientation of creative mechanism. Then they could make fulluse of their advantages， grasp the principle of work，handle work relationsh ips，grasp the realization path and work hard to construct a mechanism that serves the cultivation of innovative talents in which they play a unique and important role.The research includes the following four aspects：The first part is research on the innovation and the cultivation of innovative talents. It elaborates the connotation of innovation and cultivation of innovative talents. Then it analyzes the significance，target and main problemsof innovative talents cultivation in universities. The first part is the basis of the paper，which undertakes serious analysis of the problems，gives the research premise condition and find out the space for Communist Youth League inthe cultivation of innovative talents.The second part is research on the status of Communist Youth League in theinnovative talents cultivation. It analyzes and researches the historical andpractical significance of University Communist Youth League in the cultivation of the innovative talents. It also points out the unique position of university Communist Youth League in the cultivation of innovative talents. Based onthat，it reflects the proper role which university Communist Youth League should plays in the cultivation of the innovative talents.The third part is research on the function of Communist Youth League in the innovative talents cultivation. It summarizes the preliminary practice of University Communist Youth League in the cultivation of innovative talents，proposes the irreplaceable role that University Communist Youth League plays in the cultivation of innovative talents. Based on that，it thinks of the opportunities and challenges that Communist Youth League faces in the cultivation of the innovative talents as well as how to deal with them. The fourth part is research on the mechanism of Communist Youth League inthe innovative talents cultivation. It puts forward the Communist Youth League’s orientation of further deepening in cultivating innovative talents from the systematic and scientific point of view. It also puts forward the principle，path and mechanism of Communist Youth League in the innovative talents cultivation. We should strengthen the cultivation of innovative talents from the perspective of organization of the league，make full use of advantages of university organizations，arouse university students’ sense of innovation，cultivate the students’ innovation spirit，improve the innovation ability of university students，fall the cultivation of innovative talents to real point，and strengthen the efficiency of innovative talents cultivation in universities.更多还原
