基于ISO9000的高职会计专业教学质量评价体系研究

【摘要】 经济越发展,会计越重要。应对市场的要求,我国高职会计教育面对的关键性问题就是怎样使教学质量保持不断提高并使其保持相对的稳定性。然而提高教学质量的有效保障就是开展教学质量评价。作为教学管理的参考重要依据是评价体系,它可以促使学校会计专业以及学校全面管理水平的不断提高。评价体系有利于保证教学管理者及时地发现教学中存在的问题。经过多年的发展和完善,从总体上来看,教学质量评价已经形成比较健全的体系了。但是,在某种意义上来讲,评价体系还是存在一些需要改进的地方和不完善之处。ISO9000族质量管理体系标准,自1987年问世以来,经过不断修订,具有更好的科学性、广泛性和适用性。由于其具有的丰富的内涵,也可以为教育行业所借鉴。高职会计专业教学质量的评价引入1509000族标准,旨在利用其先进的质量管理理论、技术和方法运用到高职会计专业教学质量评价体系的创新构建中,进而促进教育教学质量的提高。本文通过分析高职会计专业教学现状、教学质量评价的现状及存在的问题,在高职会计专业教学质量评价理论和IS09000质量管理体系相关理论的指导下,构建了高职会计专业教学质量指标体系,运用AHP法和模糊评判模型对指标体系进行了评价研究。并以郴州职业技术学院为例,对所建立的质量评价指标体系进行了实证研究。最后建立了基于ISO9000标准的质量信息反馈机制。力图形成一套既符合高职会计专业教学规律,又要符合ISO9000质量管理体系标准要求的具有自我诊断、自我持续改进且便于操作的行之有效的高职会计专业教学质量评价体系模式,提高高职学校会计专业的教学质量及其竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The more economic development, the more important accounting。 The key issue our vocational accounting education vocational education considers is how to keep improving the quality of education and maintain it’s the relative stability in reply to Markey requirement. And teaching quality assessment is effective guarantee to enhance education quality. As reference in teaching management, assessment system is favorable for education managers to discover timely existing Problems in teaching, thereby realize the enhancing of accounting professional and colleges over all management level. Through so many years development, rather wholesome system has been built in teaching quality assessment. But, some existing problems still need to be improved in assessment system. For the interrelated problems in teaching quality assessment, the author held face to face meeting with related teachers and students, current assessment situation and confusion was analyzed and discussed, many universal problems were found in assessment system, recognition rethinking and re-perfection for these problems was carried out.ISO9000family standards was born in1987.After unceasing revising, it has a better scientific nature, extensibility and suitability. Because of its rich connotation, ISO9000standards can also be used in the educational field. To take advantage of its advanced quality management theory, technology and method applied to the accounting major in Higher Vocational College Teaching Quality Evaluation System of innovation in the construction of, further improving the quality of education and teaching.This article through the analysis higher vocational accounting professional teaching situation the teaching quality evaluation of the status quo and problems.we construct the teaching quality evaluation index system the accounting major in higher vocational teaching quality evaluation theory and ISO9000quality management system guidance, and using AHP method and the fuzzy evaluation model of the evaluation index system.and it analyzes the demonstration of the quality index system that built in Chapter Three Applied in Chenzhou Professional Technology Institute. Finally, it constructs a teaching quality information feedback mechanism based on the IS09000standards. It tries to establish a easy operating accounting specialty in higher vocational colleges teaching rules, and IS09000standards to standardize the education quality management system and promote the.teaching quality and competitiveness of the Institute.更多还原
