【摘要】 目的：了解湖南省某重点高校大学生自我和谐水平状况；探讨大学生自我和谐与孤独感、时间管理倾向之间的关系。方法：采用自我和谐量表、孤独量表和青少年时间管理倾向量表对湖南省某重点高校660名大学生进行调查。通过皮尔逊相关检验来分析了解孤独感、时间管理倾向与自我和谐之间的相关关系,‘在相关分析结果的基础上,再运用多元线性回归检验分析探讨孤独感、时间管理倾向对自我和谐的预测作用,以及孤独感在时间管理倾向与自我和谐间的中介作用。结果：(1)湖南省某重点高校大学生的自我和谐各因子和常模相比有显著差异,自我和谐总分和自我刻板性在性别上存在显著差异,自我刻板性在学业成绩等级上存在显著差异,自我和谐在年级、是否独生子女和不同家庭来源上不存在显著差异。(2)孤独感与自我与经验的不和谐、自我刻板性及自我和谐总分之间存在极其显著的正相关(r=0.557,p<0.001,r=0.377,p<0.001,r=0.617,p<0.001),与自我灵活性存在极其显著的负相关(r=-0.291,p<0.001)；时间管理倾向与自我与经验的不和谐、自我刻板性及自我和谐总分之间存在极其显著的负相关(r=-0.266,p<0.001,r=-0.189,p<0.001,r=-0.430,p<0.001),与自我灵活性存在极其显著的正相关(r=0.376,p<0.001)；孤独感与时间管理倾向总分和各因子之间均存在极其显著的负相关(r=-0.287～-0,443,p<0.001)。(3)孤独感和时间效能感对自我和谐总分有极其显著的回归效应；孤独感、时间效能感和时间价值感对自我和谐的自我与经验的和谐维度有极其显著的回归效应；时间管理倾向总分、时间监控感和孤独感对自我和谐的自我灵活性维度有极其显著的回归效应；孤独感对自我和谐的自我刻板性维度有极其显著的回归效应。(4)孤独感在时间管理倾向与自我和谐之间的中介作用显著,存在部分中介效应。结论：(1)湖南省某重点高校大学生的自我和谐水平较高。(2)孤独感、时间管理倾向与自我和谐的关系密切。大学生的时间管理能力越强,孤独感强度越低、自我和谐水平越高。(3)孤独感和时间管理倾向各因子能较好地预测大学生的自我和谐。(4)孤独感在时间管理倾向与自我和谐间起部分中介作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the self consistency and congruence in college students of one key university in Hunan province; To explore the relationship among self consistency and congruence, loneliness and time management disposition.Method:Self Consistency and Congruence Scale, UCLA Loneliness Scale and Time Management Disposition Questionnaire were assessed in660college students of one key university in Hunan province. Pearson correlation analysis, Linear regressions were used to analyze the relationship among the self consistency and congruence, loneliness and time management disposition, and the mediator role of loneliness between time management disposition and self consistency and congruence.Results:(1) There were significant differences on the factors of self consistency and congruence and norm group, there were significant differences on self consistency and congruence and self-rigidness scores of gender, there were distinguished differences of the learning excellence and underachievement college students on the scores of self-rigidness, there were no remarkable differences on self consistency and congruence scores of grade, the students who were only son and daughter and different family origin.(2) there exits an obvious positive relevance among loneliness, self-disharmony, self-rigidness and the total scores of self consistency and congruence (r=0.557, p<0.001, r=0.377, p<0.001, r=0.617, p<0.001), but it was obvious negative relevance between loneliness and self-flexibility (r=-0.291, p<0.001); significantly negative relevance were found among time management disposition, self-disharmony, self-rigidness and the total scores of self consistency and congruence(r=-0.266, p<0.001, r=-0.189, p<0.001, r=-0.430, p<0.001); but it was obvious positive relevance between time management disposition and self-flexibility (r=0.376, p<0.001). correlation analysis also showed that significantly negative relevance were found between loneliness and time management disposition(r=-0.287--0,443, p<0.001). (3) The loneliness and sense of time efficiency had significant regressive effect on the total scores of self consistency and congruence; The loneliness, sense of time efficiency and sense of value had significant regressive effect on self-disharmony; the total scores of time management disposition, sense of time control and loneliness had significant regressive effect on self-flexibility; The loneliness had significant regressive effect on self-rigidness.(4) Significant mediating effects of loneliness on relation of time management disposition and self consistency and congruence, but loneliness partially mediated the effect of time management disposition on self consistency and congruence.Conclusions:(1) The level on self consistency and congruence of college students of one key university in Hunan province.(2) Loneliness and time management disposition is closely related to self consistency and congruence. The greater the time management ability, the lower the loneliness and the higher the level of self consistency and congruence.(3) college students’ loneliness and time management disposition can predict their own self consistency and congruence.(4) Loneliness partially mediated the relationship between time management disposition and self consistency and congruence.更多还原
