新型钢—混凝土组合结构力学性能研究

【摘要】 国内外学者对普通钢-混凝土组合结构的力学性能进行了大量的研究工作,但对方钢管内约束混凝土、圆端形钢管混凝土等新型钢-混凝土组合结构研究较少。本文通过试验研究和非线性有限元法探讨了新型钢-混凝土组合结构的力学性能,主要研究内容如下:(1)进行了3个方钢管混凝土轴压短柱、2个带肋方钢管混凝土轴压短柱和6个方钢管内约束箍筋混凝土轴压短柱的试验研究,探讨不同内约束形式对轴压短柱极限承载力、局部屈曲、延性等影响程度,应用ABAQUS有限元软件对短柱进行三维实体有限元分析,建立了方钢管混凝土轴压短柱和方钢管内约束混凝土轴压短柱承载力实用计算公式;(2)进行了4个圆钢管混凝土轴压短柱和7个圆端形钢管混凝土轴压短柱试验研究,应用ABAQUS有限元软件对圆端形钢管混凝土和椭圆钢管混凝土轴压短柱进行三维实体有限元分析,建立了圆端形钢管混凝土轴压短柱承载力实用计算公式;(3)应用ABAQUS有限元软件和弹塑性法对钢骨-钢管混凝土轴压短柱进行非线性分析,基于极限平衡理论建立了钢骨-圆钢管混凝土轴压短柱承载力计算公式;(4)应用ABAQUS有限元软件对方钢管混凝土柱、方钢管混凝土柱-钢梁组合节点和组合框架等滞回性能进行非线性有限元分析,进一步分析在不同轴压比、箍筋屈服强度和箍筋含钢率下方钢管内约束混凝土柱、组合节点以及组合框架的抗震性能。

【Abstract】 At home and abroad, the mechanical behaviors of the steel-concrete composite structure has done a great deal of research, but new steel-concrete composite structure, such as stirrups confinement concrete-filled square steel tubular(SCFT) and concrete-filled round-ended steel tubular(CRT) has seldom done research.This paper uses the finite element method and experiment study to analyze the mechanical behaviors of new steel-concrete composite structure. The main research contents listed as follows:(1) Present an experimental study of3concrete-filled square steel tubular (CFT) stub columns,2concrete-filled square stiffened steel tubular stub columns and6loop or spiral SCFT stub columns concentrically loaded in compression to failure. The influences of ultimate bearing capacity and ductility of these stub columns under stiffeners or different types of loop or spiral stirrups confinement were discussed.ABAQUS was used to establish the3D finite element model and to analyze the behavior of CFT and SCFT stub columns under axially compression. Two practical calculation formulas for the ultimate bearing capacity of CFT and SCFT stub columns were proposed.(2) Present an experimental study of4concrete-filled circular steel tubular stub columns and7CRT stub columns concentrically loaded in compression to failure. ABAQUS was used to establish the3D finite element model and to analyze the behavior of CRT stub columns and concrete-filled elliptical hollow section steel tubular (CET) under axially compression. A practical calculation formula for the bearing capacity the stub columns was proposed.(3) Both3D finite element model and elasto-plastic method were applied to analyze the load-deformation curve of steel reinforced concrete-filled circular steel (SR-CFST) stub columns. Based on the limit equilibrium method, A formula of ultimate bearing capacity for the axially loaded SR-CFST stub columns was proposed.(4) ABAQUS was used to analyze the constitutive relationship of the steel-concrete composite columns, connections and frames.Then, the seismic constitutive relationship of SCFT columns,connections and frames under different axial compression ratio, stirrup yield strength and the ratio of the stirrup steel were analyzed.
