基于分布式数据库的综合办公管理信息系统的实现

【摘要】 综合办公管理系统是胜利油田勘察设计研究院有限公司于2009年立项的信息化建设项目，是公司信息化建设工作的重要组成部分。本课题以此项目为基础，分析研究了公司目前信息化建设的现状，完成了系统需求分析、架构设计、程序开发等工作。本课题通过研究，结合相关部门实际需求，提出了基于水平分片和快照异步复制的分布式数据库设计方案。通过将分布式数据库技术应用于综合办公管理系统，将改变传统的集中式数据存储方式，在确保处于异地的各部门之间数据更新同步以及数据查询统计一致的基础上，允许各部门对其自身的数据实行局部控制，将使系统更适合有地理分布特性的公司或企业使用。特别是在数据处理方面，在分布式环境中通过应用快照复制技术以及触发器功能，确保了数据的完整性和一致性。基于分布式数据库的综合办公管理系统建成后，可以实现油田总部与各分院日常工作一体化。在系统应用上，允许油田总部及各分院，实行局部控制，将自己常用的数据存储在本地，在本地进行数据的录入、查询、维护；在数据查询统计上，实现了油田总部与各分院之间的数据更新同步，确保了在各地数据检索的一致性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Integrated office management system, which is an important part of theinformation construction work, is started by Shengli Engineering&Consulting Co. in2009. The subject, which is based on this project, analysis of the company’s current status ofinformation construction, completes the system’s requirements analysis, architecturedesign, program development, etc.Through the research and combination with the actual needs of the relevantdepartments, the subject proposes a distributed database design based on a snapshot ofthe level of fragmentation and asynchronous replication. By the application ofdistributed database technology, the system will change the traditional centralized datastorage and allow various departments controlling their own data which bases onensuring the various departments in the remote data synchronization update and dataquery statistics on a consistent, and will make the system more suitable for thegeographical distribution of the company. Particularly in data processing, it ensures thedata integrity and consistency in a distributed environment through the application ofsnapshot replication technology and trigger functions.With the completing of the Integrated office management system based on thedistributed database, the integration of routine can be achieved in the companyheadquarters and all branches. On system application, the system allows theimplementation of local control which means the commonly used data is stored in thelocal and the data entry, inquiry and maintenance also work in the local. On the dataquery and statistics, the system ensures the consistency of data retrieval in differentplaces, by the data update synchronization between the company headquarters and allbranches.更多还原
