【摘要】 目的：观察香砂六君子汤加味联合耳穴压豆、甲羟孕酮综合治疗肿瘤病人厌食症的临床疗效。方法：将符合纳入标准的66例患者，随机分为综合组（22例），中医组（24例）和对照组（20例）。分析比较三组患者治疗前后食欲、体重、卡氏评分、中医临床症状的变化情况，并进行统计学分析。结果：三组患者治疗后食欲、体重、卡氏评分、中医临床症状方面均较前有所改善；且综合组疗效明显优于中医组及对照组（P＜0.05），但中医组与对照组比较无显著差异性(P＞0.05)。结论：香砂六君子汤加味为主，联合耳穴压豆、甲羟孕酮综合治疗可有效改善肿瘤病人厌食症，且能减轻患者临床症状，提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of xiang sha liu jun zi decoction，combined with ear pressure beans and medroxyprogesterone acetate Integrative treatmentof cancer patients with anorexia.Methods:66cases of patients met the inclusion criteria randomly divided into theintegrated group(22cases)，the TCM group(24cases)，control group(20cases).Analysisand comparison of the three groups before and after treatment of appetite，weight，Karnofsky and TCM clinical symptoms changes，and analyzed statisticallyusing.Results: The analysis shows，the three groups of appetite，weight，Karnofsky andTCM clinical symptoms improved compared with before；the integrated group wassignificantly superior to TCM group and control group（P＜0.05），and no significantdifferences in the TCM group and control group(P＞0.05).Conclusion：The treatment of Xiang sha Liu jun zi decoction-based，joint ear pressurebeans and medroxyprogesterone acetate can effectively relieve the anorexia of cancerpatients and can reduce the clinical symptoms，improve the quality of life.更多还原
