【摘要】 珠海市产权交易中心是1997年经珠海市政府批准成立,具有事业法人资格的产权交易专业服务机构,是融企业产权交易和公共资源交易(公共资源市场化配置)为一体的综合性投融资服务平台。2003年9月,珠海市产权交易中心被广东省政府确定为广东省三个区域产权交易机构之一。2008年7月,《珠海市公共资源市场化配置管理暂行办法》(珠府[2008]60号)规定属于目录范围内的公共资源项目必须进入珠海市产权交易中心进行市场化配置。随着珠海市公共资源市场化配置项目不断进场及粤西区域化国有产权市场的不断拓展,珠海市产权交易中心业务的不断发展,业务种类不断增加,业务数量也逐年递增。传统的业务手段已经远远不能满足急剧增长的业务需求。传统的业务方式是手工处理业务,这种方式严重桎梏了业务的发展,产生了很多问题,因此实现珠海市产权交易中心业务信息化是产权交易业务发展的必然和客观要求。信息化应用是提高平台效率,促进平台规范化发展的必经之路。通过应用信息化手段来解决当前的问题。本文通过分析纯手工处理业务方式所产生的问题,提出业务信息化需求分析,阐述珠海市产权交易中心交易信息系统从无到有,逐步搭建起业务信息化平台,并应用信息化逐步解决了传统业务方式中所产生的问题,提高了工作效率、优化了业务流程、强化了监督、促进了业务的规范发展、提升了服务水平、增强了中心核心竞争力。本文共分五个部分,第一部分阐述了论文的研究背景和意义,提出了论文的研究目标和研究方法。第二部分是对信息化的相关概念及理论、信息化发展对产权交易机构的影响的阐述。第三部分阐述了珠海市产权交易中心的信息化需求分析。第四章重点讲述交易业务信息系统设计。第五章结论与展望,对论文的主要观点进行总结,并对未来的研究与应用提出展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Zhuhai property right transaction center was in1997authorizes the establishment by the Zhuhai Municipal government, had the enterprise legal personality property right transaction professional service organization, was melts the property rights of enterprises transaction and the public resource transaction (public resource marketability disposition) is a body’s comprehensive nature throws financing to serve the platform. in September,2003, the Zhuhai property right transaction center is determined by the Guangdong Provincial government for Guangdong one of three region property right transaction organizations. in July,2008,"Zhuhai Public resource Marketability Disposition Management Tentative method"(the bead government office [2008]60number) stipulated that belongs to the catalog area public resource project to enter the Zhuhai property right transaction center to carry on the marketability disposition. Enters the arena unceasingly along with the Zhuhai public resource marketability disposition project and the Yuexi regionalizing state-owned property right market unceasing development, the Zhuhai property right transaction center service unceasing development, the service type increases unceasingly, service quantity also year by year increases progressively. The traditional service method already by far could not satisfy the rapid rise the service demand.The traditional service way is the manual processing service, this way serious shackles service’s development, has had many questions, therefore realizes the Zhuhai property right transaction service informationization is the property right transaction trade development necessity and the objective request. The informationization application raises the platform efficiency, promotes the platform standardization development road which must be taken. Through solves the current problem using the informationization method. This article question which produces through the analytically pure manual processing service way, proposed that the service informationization demand analysis, elaborated the Zhuhai property right transaction center transaction information system grows out of nothing, builds the service informationization platform gradually, and using the informationization step-by-step approach the question which tradition service way in produced, raised the working efficiency, to optimize the operation flow, to strengthen the surveillance, to promote the service standard development, to promote the service level, to strengthen the center core competitiveness.This article is divided six parts, the first part elaborated the paper research background and the significance, set the paper research aim and the research technique. The second part is to the informationization related concept and the theory, the informationization development to the property right transaction organization influence elaboration. The third part elaborated the Zhuhai property right transaction center informationization demand analysis. The fourth chapter key narration transaction service information system design. The fifth chapter the conclusion and the predict that carry on the summary to the paper major point, and will propose the forecast to future research and the application.更多还原
