【摘要】 IPhone手机的问世被行业内誉为移动互联网真正的开始。与移动互联网有密切关系的关键字：IPhone4, android,智能手机,愤怒的小鸟,微博等被大众所熟知。同时,中国的电信运营商也相继宣布3G网络投入运营。移动互联网融合移动通信的能力并结合传统互联网的特性,即将上演一场产业变革。移动互联网成为当前最火爆的关注领域,也是商业领域和技术领域的热门,研究探讨移动互联网商业模式成为互联网企业以及3大电信运营商和中小SP的最热衷的话题。移动互联网产业链L的不同的商业模式纷纷登场,机遇不断,但必须看到毕竟移动互联网行业正处于一个开端,有很多不确定因素。本文作者通过对当前移动互联网产业中的中小SP典型的商业模式进行研究,总结各类商业模式的特点并利用商业模式理论以及产业价值链等理论进行分析,从而总结出针对中小移动互联网SP可以借鉴的商业模式,促进移动互联网多元化商业模式的逐步成熟。本文以中小企业移动互联网服务提供商为目标,选择中小企业作为论述对象,展开移动互联网商业模式的分析研究。区别于以往的研究多以强势互联网企业为对象或单纯从大的产业环境的角度来分析的方式。本文利用商业模式理论,产业价值链理论,同时结合国内外典型的移动互联网商业模式的案例进行分析研究,并对金亿网商业模式进行重点分析,得出中小SP商业模式的特点和发展建议。国内的中小移动互联网的创业者与欧美移动互联网同行们,站在同一起点,依托我国手机用户数世界第一,中小企业应该在商业模式完善和创新上抓住机会,实现又快又好的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 IPhone mobile phone developed by the industry as mobile Internet really be gins. And the mobile Internet is closely related to the keyword:IPhone4, Androi d, intelligent mobile phone, angry birds, micro-blog is popular. At the same time, China telecom operators have also announced that3G network operation. Mobil e Internet to integration of mobile communication’s ability to combine the tradit ional characteristics of the Internet, which is the evolution of a revolution.The author of this article based on the current mobile Internet industry in s mall and medium SP typical business model research, summarizes all kinds of th e characteristics of the business model and the use of business model theory and industrial value chain theory to undertake an analysis, which summed up accord ing to the small mobile Internet SP can learn from the business models, promote mobile Internet diversified business model gradually mature.This article take the small and medium-sized enterprise mobile Internet servi ce providers as the goal, choice of SMEs as the object, mobile Internet business model analysis.This paper uses business model theory, value chain theory and the business model of golden-e are analyzed in detail, that small and medium SP the charact eristics of the business model and development proposal.Small and medium-sized enterprises should be in the business model improv ement and innovation to seize the opportunity, achieve better development ofenter prises in the future.更多还原
