东营软件园培训管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 在当今时代,信息化技术日益发展,知识逐渐成为企业的核心竞争力。对东营软件园区内的企业来说,如何在最低成本的情况下高效率的培训员工已经成为入园企业人事负责人最为迫切、最为关注的问题。适时培训员工以及成功将知识转变为具体行动的能力将会给企业带来巨大的竞争优势。网上培训能够降低培训成本,免去员工去实际培训地点所需的差旅费,并且不会由于员工培训需要暂停工作而给企业带来损失。网上培训不受地域、时间的因素影响,能够做到培训的随时、随地、随需的特殊要求。目前市场上各类网上学习、网上培训的软件众多,如何构建一套适合东营软件园区环境的培训管理系统,提供培训内容管理、培训教程发布、跟踪培训、监视和管理培训全过程的服务是本论文研究的内容,论文的主要工作包括以下几个方面。1.对东营软件园培训管理系统所采用的关键技术进行了深入研究。论文来源于自己参与建设的东营软件园培训管理系统,在研究Java、CSS、数据库、Weblogic等先进技术的基础上,创建了一种由用户表示层、Web服务层、应用服务层和数据层四个层次构成的模型。(四层模型:用户表示层、Web服务层、应用服务层和数据层)2.用面向对象的方法进行了东营软件园培训管理系统的需求分析与系统设计,借助于Rose进行了UML建模;在需求分析阶段分析了系统的功能,并采用用例图、类图建模、文字描述的方式对关键类进行了描述;在设计阶段构建了顺序图模型,对数据库的结构进行了设计。3.系统采用了J2EE平台和CSS技术,编程语言选用Java,对东营软件园培训管理系统加以实现,并给出了部分功能的源代码及流程图。该课题是园区企业培训的实际工作中提出来的,能够大幅度地提高培训的效率、强化培训管理,具有较强的实用性。它能够满足入园企业对员工培训管理工作的需要,有着良好的市场潜力和推广前景。
【Abstract】 With the increasing development of information technology, knowledge is becoming the core competitiveness of enterprises.For the HR managers of the enterprises in Dongying Software Park, how to achieve an efficient staff training at the lowest cost has become the most important issue. Proper staff training and the ability to transform the knowledge into productivity can gain huge competitive advantage for the enterprise.Online training can reduce training costs and can be delivered with regard to geographic location, time and specific requirements on-demand.Currently, there are all types of online learning and training softwares on the market. The key content of the essay is how to build a right set of training&management system for Dongying Software Park, including training program management, training course release, training tracking, and monitoring and managing the whole training progress. The key work of this paper includes the following aspects:Ⅰ. Conduct further research on the key technologies used by the Training Management System of Dongying Software Park. Based on the Training Management System of Dongying Software Park, which uses Java, CSS, Database and Weblogic, the essay create a model consisting of four layers, including user presentation layer, Web services layer, application service layer and data layer.Ⅱ. The essay makes object-oriented demand research and system design of the Training Management System of Dongying Software Park. It also make UML modeling by using Rose. In demand analysis phase, the paper analyzes the functions of the system and describes the key class with case diagram, class diagram and text description; In design phase, it build the sequence diagram model and design the structure of the database.Ⅲ. The system uses J2EE, CSS and Java, gives the source codes and flowcharts of some functions.Derived from practical enterprise training, the subject can greatly improve training efficiency and strengthen training management. It meets the need of the enterprises for staff training. And that makes the project great market potential and a bright future development.
