组合梁与连续复合螺旋箍砼柱结构体系分析
Analysis on the Structural Systems of Composite Beam and Continous Compound Spiral Hoop Reinforced Conrete Column

【摘要】 组合梁与连续复合螺旋箍砼柱结构具有抗震性能好、施工进度快、节省材料等优点。同时,现代化机械生产连续复合箍筋为该结构在我国的发展提供了条件,该结构势必会在我国拥有良好的发展前景。但是,目前我国对组合梁与连续复合螺旋箍砼柱结构的研究与应用正处于起步阶段,并且我国规范也未对该结构的设计与计算做出详细的说明,因此迫切需要对组合梁、连续复合螺旋箍砼柱的设计进行研究,进而为结构设计提供指导,在实际工程中推广运用该结构。本文总结了国内外现有的有关约束混凝土的研究现状及研究成果,重点总结了箍筋约束混凝土的研究成果,在此基础上,探讨了配箍特征值与连续复合螺旋箍砼柱抗压强度的关系。并且结合国内规范,对连续复合螺旋箍筋砼柱的柱端加密区箍筋、轴压比限值、最小配箍特征值等构造措施进行了归纳。结合国内外现有的设计规范,对组合梁的有效翼缘宽度进行了对比分析,并给出了组合梁有效翼缘宽度的建议计算式。对组合梁抗弯承载力的两种分析方法,即弹性分析和塑性分析进行了研究,并且推导了组合梁的弯矩调幅系数,给出了弯矩调幅系数的计算公式。同时,对带腹板开洞组合梁的设计进行了研究。详细对比了梁贯通式节点和柱贯通式节点在受力性能、施工工艺等方面的优劣,并提出了一种新型的RCS节点构造形式,对梁整体贯通式节点进行了改进;并对该RCS节点抗剪承载力的设计计算给出了建议公式。结合工程实例,对组合梁与连续复合螺旋箍砼柱结构和普通混凝土框架结构在受力性能、材料用量等进行了对比研究。研究结果表明,组合梁与连续复合螺旋箍砼柱结构的综合效益是优于普通钢筋混凝土柱框架结构的。因此,可以在实际工程中大力推广组合梁与连续复合螺旋箍砼柱结构的运用。
【Abstract】 The structural systems of composite beam and continous compound spiral hoopreinforced concrete column have the advantage of better seismic behavior, faster constructionprogress, materials saving. At the same time, producing continuous composite stirrups inmodern machinery provides the conditions for the development of the structure in China. Thestructure is bound to have good prospects for development in China.However, the current research and application of the structural systems of compositebeam and continous compound spiral hoop reinforced conrete column in China is in itsinfancy, and our specification don’t make a detailed description of design and calculationabout the structure. Therefore, it’s urgent need to study on design of composite beams andcontinuous composite spiral hoop concrete column to provide guidance for the structuraldesign and thus promote the use of the structure in the actual projects.This article summarizes the existing research on confined concrete at home and abroad,focusing on research of stirrups constraints concrete. On the basis, the relationship betweenthe stirrup characteristic value and compressive strength of continuous compound spiral hoopconcrete column is explored in this paper. Combined with domestic norms, this papersummarizes structural measures of continuous compound spiral stirrups concrete column,such as encryption stirrups, axial compression ratio and minimum stirrup characteristic value.Combined with existing domestic and international design codes, the article analyzeseffective flange width of composite beam and gives a calculation formula. It studies two kindsof analysis methods that flexible analysis and plastic analysis about flexural capacity ofcomposite beam and deduces a calculation formula of moment modulation coefficient. It alsostudies on design of composite beam with web openings.Detailed comparison of beam-through-type joint and column-through-type joint in forceperformance, construction techniques and so on, this article proposes a new type of RCS joint,improving beam-whole-through-type joint. It also gives advice to design and calculate shearcapacity of the RCS joint.With a project, the article studies the structural systems of composite beam and continouscompound spiral hoop reinforced concrete column and ordinary reinforced concrete framestructure in force performance, material consumption and so on. The results show that thestructural systems of composite beam and continous compound spiral hoop reinforcedconcrete column is better than ordinary reinforced concrete column frame structure. Therefore, we should promote the use of the structural systems of composite beam and continouscompound spiral hoop reinforced concrete column in the actual project.
