【摘要】 作为国民经济的支柱行业之一，中国的建筑业在整体快速发展的同时，区域的发展与增长却表现出不均衡态势。部分区域建筑业产值持续稳定增长，而其他区域产值增长缓慢。各区域建筑业增长不均衡导致地区建筑业发展水平的差异，因此有必要对此现象和原因进行研究。本论文基于经济增长及区域非均衡增长理论，对省域建筑业不均衡增长特征从增长速度、增长总量、增长效益以及增长方式四个方面进行实证分析，结果表明区域建筑业增长速度的相对不均衡趋于缩小，而增长总量的相对不均衡趋于扩大，各省份建筑业增长的效益水平差别较大，建筑业增长效益的总量水平处于不断扩大趋势，在增长方式方面，各省份劳动生产率相对差异趋于缩小趋势，而投资效果系数的变异系数处于不断扩大趋势。整体而言，各省份之间的差距仍然较大。其次，引入探索性空间数据分析方法对各省份建筑业不均衡增长的空间格局及其演变进行了分析，发现区域建筑业的不均衡增长表现出空间依赖性和异质性，我国各省份建筑业表现出建筑业增长水平较高与较低的省份分别趋于集聚的特征。自2002年以来此种现象更为显著。部分省份建筑业增长率表现出与初期水平正相关关系，以此初步推断，省域建筑业产值不均衡增长的情况有趋于扩大的趋势。最后，针对我国建筑业不均衡增长现状，分别从人力资本、物质资本等直接影响因素与地区经济发展水平、政策支持、需求结构等间接影响因素角度对我国建筑业不均衡增长的影响因素进行了分析，结果表明人力资本、物质资本以及地区经济水平、市场化水平、城市化水平等因素是区域建筑业不均衡增长重要影响因素。然后从区域、区域之间以及国家层面探讨了区域建筑业协调增长的思路，并对相关途径措施进行了总结。更多还原

【Abstract】 While China construction industry, as one of the pillar industries of the national economy,is developing very fast, the development and growth of the regional construction industryshows the unbalanced situation. Some provinces have sustained and stable growth ofconstruction industry output, with slow output growth of others. The unbalanced growth willcause the unbalanced development of regional construction industry, so the study on thisphenomenon and its reason is extremely necessary.Based on economic growth theory and regional unbalanced growth theory, this thesis makean empirical analysis of the characteristics of regional construction industry unbalancedgrowth from growth rate, the total account of growth, growth benefits and growth mode. Theresults show that the relative unbalance of regional construction industry decreases, while therelative unbalance of the total account expands. The difference of level of growth benefitsamong the provinces is great, with the total account of the benefits expanding. In aspect ofgrowth mode, the relative unbalance of labor productivity tends to decrease, while the relativeunbalance of investment effect level is to enlarge. Totally, the gap between the backwardprovinces and developed provinces of construction industry is still great.In aspect of the characteristics of regional construction industry unbalanced growth, thisthesis makes an empirical analysis of growth rate, the total account of growth, growth benefitsand growth mode. Totally, the gapbetween the backward provinces and developed provinces of construction industry is stillgreat.Secondly, with application of exploratory spatial data analysis method, spatial pattern andits evolution of unbalanced construction industry growth of the chines provinces are analyzed.The results show that spatial dependence and heterogeneity of unbalanced constructionindustry growth exist and China construction industry shows that the provinces with higherconstruction industry growth level clusters and the provinces with lower clusters. Thisphenomenon is more obvious since2002. At the same time, the construction industry growthrate some provinces showed a positive correlation with the initial level, and this preliminaryinfers that the unbalanced growth of the provincial construction industry output value tends to expand.In view of unbalanced growth situation of China construction industry, this thesis makes ananalysis from direct factors like human capital, material capital and indirect factors like theregional economy development level, policy support, demand structure. The analysis find thatthey are important factors of regional construction industry unbalanced growth such as humancapital, material capital, regional economy development level, marketization level,urbanization level and so on. Then this thesis discusses the ideas the coordinated growth ofthe regional construction industry from from the region, regional and national levels, and therelated measures are summarized.更多还原
