【摘要】 美容美发行业在促进我国经济建设等方面具有不可替代的作用，然而目前与之有关的信息化建设相对滞后，不仅限制了服务质量的提高，而且还严重的阻碍了整个行业内部管理体制的完善和营销渠道的扩大。为此，开展美容美发连锁系统的设计与实现研究并帮助这些行业实现科学化、规范化和标准化的管理，具有重要的现实意义和应用价值。本文针对基于Delphi的美容美发管理系统的设计与实现进行了探讨和研究，以期解决现实问题，主要内容包括：（1）在分析国内外现状基础上，得出了美容美发业在经济建设中不可替代性作用的结论，并对比与之不相协调的信息化现状，提出了利用Delphi技术构建C/S管理平台的方式来解决当前美容美发业连锁管理效率低的问题。接着分析了系统的几个关键技术，包括多层数据库访问机制、串口通信机制以及基于树代理服务的访问控制模型；（2）给出了从用户角度考虑的具有代表性的系统功能用例设计模型和需求分析，绘制了系统的组织结构、业务流程和数据流程，并从经济、技术和社会角度得出了该项目开发实际可行的可行性分析结论；接着阐述了相关的设计原则，确定将待实现的系统按照C/S模式划分为三个层次和九大功能模块：分店资料设置模块、会员管理模块、次卡管理模块、积分管理模块、收银作业模块、日常管理模块、营业报表模块、业绩报表模块和财务报表模块，并采用UML设计工具设计了数据库的概念模型和物理模型；然后介绍了系统的实现环境和核心开发工具，并从逻辑服务器和应用客户端两方面实现了预期的美容美发连锁管理系统的各模块功能；（3）论述了系统开发完成后的实施流程，以图例的方式展示了系统各功能模块的最终实现效果，并在总结了本文的研究内容和开发工作的基础上，提出需要进一步完善地方，为后续的研究开发工作提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Cosmetology and Hairdressing industry is playing an irreplaceable role in theeconomical development of our country, but the relevant information construction is relativelybackward. It limits not only the further increase of service quality, but also the perfection ofmanagement systems and the enlargement of marketing channels within the whole industry.So, it is of vital practical significance and applied value for us to study the design andimplementation for chain management system of cosmetology and hairdressing, and to helpthose industries realize a scientific as well as a standardized management.Aiming at the study of the design and implementation for management system ofcosmetology and hairdressing based on Delphi, this paper contains the following aspects.(1) A conclusion that the role of Cosmetology and Hairdressing industry in theeconomical development of our country is irreplaceable was obtained based on an analysis ofthe present industry situation at home and abroad, and a method was proposed for solving theinefficient management problem by using Delphi technology in contrast with theuncoordinated information construction situation. Some key Delphi technologies of systemimplement, including the access mechanism of multi-tier database, the communicationmechanism of serial ports, and the tree proxy-based access control model, were analyzed,providing theoretical foundations for the following system design and implement.(2) A requirement analysis was given firstly, followed by a typical user related casedesign model, and by a process analysis of organizational structure, business process and dataprocess in the information management for Cosmetology and Hairdressing industry. After that,a practicability conclusion for feasibility analysis was obtained from economical, technicaland social aspects. Some design related principles were introduced then, followed by anoverall design, which divided originally the system into three layers and nine functionalmodules, that were the branch shop data setting module, the member management module,the times card management module, the integral management module, the cashier operationmodule, the daily management module, the trade report module, the performance reportmodule, and the financial report module. Moreover, a system database related conceptionmodel and a physical model were designed by using two UML design tools. At last, thesystem related implementation environment and some relevant key development tools wereintroduced, and an expected chain management system of Cosmetology and Hairdressing,which consisted of a logical server and an applied client, was achieved.(3) After the accomplishment of system development, some implementation steps were introduced and some final implementation results were showed by graphs. Finally, theresearch content and development wok were summarized, and some places that need to beperfected were proposed to provide reference for subsequent research and development work.更多还原
