工业汽轮机转子 NC代码自动生成方法研究

【摘要】 转子是工业汽轮机中最重要、精度要求最高、结构形状最复杂的部件,由上万个加工尺寸组成。转子的加工周期很长,不允许在工序上发生差错,数控编程过程中需要大量的人机交互,NC程序的编制也就变得非常复杂而重要。面对客户越来越多的个性化定需求和越来越短的交货期周期要求,这更为工业汽轮机转子加工带来了困难,数控编程工作量也随之大幅度增加,转子的数控编程日益成为影响工业汽轮机生产周期的重要瓶颈之一。为了能有效地解决转子复杂、精密零件的加工问题,本文研究了工业汽轮机转子NC代码自动生成方法,以此来减少工业汽轮机转子数控编程所花时间,提高数控编程效率,缩短生产周期。本文的主要内容如下:第一章,阐述了工业汽轮机转子NC代码自动生成的研究背景,讨论了目前的数控自动编程技术的研究现状,并提出了现在NC代码自动生成中所存在的问题。基于上述两点,提出了本文的研究内容,并给出了全文的组织结构。第二章,建立了基于事物特性表的主NC程序自动生成NC代码的理论框架,阐述了基于事物特性表的变型设计原理,说明了主NC程序的内容,详细分析了主NC程序的创建过程。最后提出了基于事物特性表的主NC程序生成实例零件NC代码的原理。第三章,提出了基于事物特性表的主NC程序自动生成NC代码的关键技术。阐述了转子零件的主NC程序与相应实例事物特性表相结合派生出实例NC代码的具体过程。详细说明了对建立转子主NC程序起决策支持作用的转子NC工艺知识的建立过程。第四章,根据前文所述基于事物特性表的主NC程序快速NC变型设计方法,开发了工业汽轮机转子NC代码自动生成系统。第五章,对全文进行总结并提出了本文的创新点,对后续的研究工作进行了展望。

【Abstract】 The rotor including tens of thousands of processing size is the most important, the highest accuracy and the most complex component of industrial steam turbine. Processing cycle of the rotor is very long and is not allowed to make mistakes in the processes. The NC programming process of the rotor requires a lot of human-computer interaction, and the preparation of the NC program becomes very complex and important. Facing more and more individual needs from customers and shorter and shorter delivery cycles requirements; industrial steam turbine rotors have more difficulties in machining and NC programming. NC programming of rotor is increasingly becoming one of the bottlenecks of production cycle of industrial steam turbine. In order to effectively solve the processing problem of complex and precision rotor, this paper researches automatically generated NC programming of industrial steam turbine rotor. It can reduce the time spent to NC programming, improve the efficiency of NC programming and shorten the production cycle. The main content is as follows:In Chapter One, this dissertation describes the research background of NC code automatically generation of industrial steam turbine rotor, and discusses the situation of the NC automatic programming technology. And it analyzes some defects of the NC code automatically generation. According to these two points, this dissertation puts forward its content. And the structure of this dissertation is given.In Chapter Two, it establishes the theory structure of NC code automatically generation based on SML. And the principle of variant design based on SML is stated. It explains the content of the main NC program, and elaborates the methods to establish main NC program. Finally, the theory of the NC variant design of part family’s main NC program based on SML is given.In Chapter Three, the key technology of realizing the NC program automatically generation of main NC program based on SML is given. The process of combining part family’s main NC program and relative part’s SML to derive the part’s concrete NC program is expounded. The NC process knowledge which gives decision analysis for establishing part family’s main NC program is specified.In Chapter Four, according to the methods of establishing NC variant design of part family’s main NC program based on SML, it develops the system of NC code automatically generation of industrial steam turbine rotor.Chapter Five summarizes the achievements and innovations of this dissertation and prospects the future research in this field.
