科技企业孵化器网络行为与孵化绩效的关系研究

【摘要】 本文对企业孵化器网络化的现状进行了综述与探讨,并指出孵化就其实质而言,是面向孵育对象配置关键性资源。从分析网络化的理论支撑体系以及基于互联网技术的信息网络的技术支撑体系入手,界定了科技企业孵化器网络化发展的概念,并进一步比较了不同的孵化器网络化理论,阐述了科技企业孵化器网络化发展对孵化器绩效的关系影响,分析了影响网络化机制形成和孵化绩效的因素。本论文采用实证与规范分析的方法,运用企业管理和经济学的相关理论,在分析孵化器网络化现状的基础上,针对企业孵化器的资源配置方式以及服务能力,对科技企业孵化器网络结构、网络要素和孵化绩效的关系进行了系统分析。在对深圳市南山区科技企业孵化器网络实施调研、统计、分析基础上,借鉴组织绩效指标评价体系对孵化器网络化及孵化绩效进行了实证研究。首先通过设计科技企业孵化器绩效评价指标,采取实证研究方式,对相关评价指标进行检验和修正。再次通过评价指标的权重计算和重要性、相关性检验,得出企业孵化器网络行为和孵化绩效的关系模型。最后,针对科技企业孵化器的网络化资源配置、网络要素、以及服务能力和孵化绩效关系,对科技企业孵化器网络化发展提出建议,为我国企业孵化器的网络化模式提供了科学的决策依据。

【Abstract】 This article reviewed and discussed the networkization of business incubator, and pointed out that incubation, in fact, is allocation of key resources to incubating objects. From the analysis of the supporting theories of networkization and internet technology support system proceed with, we defined the concept of networkization of technology business incubator and further compared the different theories of incubator networkization, we also elaborated the development of technology business incubator networkization and its effect on incubator performance, we also analyzed the influencing factors of networkization mechanisms and incumbating performance.This article uses methods of case study and normative analysis, using management and economics theory, based on the analysis of current situation of incubator networkization, we conducted a thorough study of the business incubator resource allocation and service capabilities, to technology business incubator network structure, network element and incubating performance of system analysis. Based on Shenzhen Nanshan District science and technology business incubator network implementation research, statistics, on the basis of the analysis, from the organizational performance evaluation index system for incubator network and makes the case study on the performance. First by design science and technology business incubator performance evaluation index, take sample research, the relevant evaluation index were tested and modified. Again through the weights of evaluation indexes, calculation and the importance of correlation test, obtains the enterprise incubator incubator network behavior and performance. Finally, in view of science and technology business incubator network resource allocation, network elements, as well as the service ability and incubation performance relationship, we made suggestions toward science and technology business incubator network development, to support the decision-making process of our country’s business incubator network model.
