木材生态学属性在室内装饰界面材料中的应用研究

【摘要】 室内装饰材料对环境造成的污染问题已日益严峻,为改善生态环境质量,创造健康室内环境,本研究从国际热点角度关注室内装饰设计健康发展背景选题,针对木材生态学属性与实际室内装饰设计联系相脱节的现状,将多学科知识进行交叉融合,具有显明的学术理论深度、经济实用价值和社会实践意义。本文以合理利用木材作为室内装饰行业生态化发展为指导思想。首先,从心理生理学和环境学角度,共同探讨影响室内装饰界面材料生态学属性重要指标。其次,根据选定的生态学属性指标,开展室内装饰界面材料生态学属性参数试验。再次,建立室内装饰界面材料生态学属性模型,验证木材生态学属性优势。最后,探讨木材生态学属性在室内装饰界面材料中的应用,检验木材的优越性。通过对上述研究内容的分析和讨论,取得以下研究成果:(1)探讨了心理生理学(视觉、触觉、听觉、嗅觉)和环境学(固体废物污染、噪声污染、空气污染、水污染)中共同影响室内环境界面材料生态学属性的重要指标,提出了影响室内装饰界面材料生态学属性前五项指标:光反射性、隔声性、冷暖感、光泽度和吸声性。(2)解决了仅以木材单一材料为研究对象、沿袭文献为研究方法的室内装饰界面材料研究问题。开展了室内装饰界面材料生态学重要属性(光反射率、光泽度特性、冷暖感特性、隔声性和吸声性)试验,探讨了室内装饰界面材料视觉心理感受特性。结果表明,木材较其他室内常用界面材料具有良好的生态学属性,然而,由于石膏板的光反射率和光泽度都略高于木材,在材料光反射率和光泽度试验中,石膏板的属性都略微优于木材,但不影响木材综合指标的优越性,验证了木材的生态学优势。(3)剖析了运用层次分析法评价室内装饰界面材料生态学属性的可行性,建立了室内装饰界面材料层次分析评价模型,提出了室内常用装饰界面材料的优选综合排名依次为木材、石膏板、石材、玻璃、金属,验证了木材在室内常用装饰界面材料中的生态学属性优势。(4)提出了从木材自然美与艺术性、智能性调节功能、碳素储存与环境效应、木材的使用量对室内装饰界面材料的影响方面研究木材生态学属性在室内装饰界面中的应用,检验了木材在室内装饰界面材料中应用的优越性。综上所述,从材料生态学属性角度出发,创造舒适健康室内环境是未来室内环境设计发展的方向。深入研究,改进木材基础性能,回收废旧木材,探索新型生态材料是材料科学研究工作者仍需继续探索的重要研究领域。

【Abstract】 It has been known for many years that the environmental pollution problems due to interior decoration materials have been severed. Based on the international researches of the interior decoration designing, the goal of the study is to improve the quality of ecological environment and to create healthy living conditions. For the wood ecological attributes and the actual interior decoration design association is out of line with the current situation, this study on the healthy development of interior designing will result in understanding on the academic, economic and social significance, which is an interdisciplinary field.The rational use of wood was regarded as a guide to elucidate the ecological development of interior decoration industry. First, from the view of psychophysiology and environmental studies, the study investigated the index on the effect of ecological property of the decoration interface material. Second, based on the chosen ecological property index, the experiments were carried out to calculate the interface properties of the interior decoration material. Third, the ecological property model of the interior decoration interface material was constructed and then was used to test and verify the property advantages of wood ecology. Finally, the applications of the property of the wood ecology were discussed to test the superiority of the wood. The following results have been gained from the above analysis and discussion of the research.(1)In the view of psychophysiology (the sense of sight touch, hearing, smelling) environmental studies (the pollution of solid waste, noise, air, water), it discusses the important index on the effect of ecological property of the decoration interface material. It puts forward the first five indexes on the effect of ecological property of the decoration interface material: light reflection, sound insulation, the sense of warm and cold, gloss and acoustic properties.(2)It puts forward parametric test on the ecological property index of the Interior decoration interface material (light reflection、gloss and acoustic properties、the sense of warm and cold、sound insulation acoustic properties). In the view of Interior decoration interface material receptive properties of visual psychology, the results show that the timber has a good ecological attributes than other indoor common interface materials, however, due to light reflectance and gloss of the gypsum board are slightly higher than the wood, the material light reflection and gloss tests, gypsum board are slightly better than wood, but does not affect the superiority of wood composite indicator. Verify the ecological advantages of wood. Solve only a single timber materials for the study, followed the literature research methods, interior decoration interface materials.(3) It analyses of the Analytic Hierarchy Process evaluation of the feasibility of the ecological attributes of interior decoration interface materials. It sets up the AHP model of the interior decoration interface material, verified the advantages of wood ecological property and puts forward comprehensive rank of interior commonly used decorative interface materials. The turn is wood, gypsum board, stone, glass and metal.(4)It puts forward researches about application of the ecological property index of the indoor decoration interface material from the view of wood natural beauty and artistry, intelligent regulation function, carbon storage and environmental effects and the amount of wood using. It also tests the application advantages of the wood on the interior decoration interface material.In summary, from the point of view of material ecological attributes to create a comfortable and healthy indoor environment is the future direction of development of the indoor environment design. In-depth study, improving the performance of timber basis, recycling of waste wood, to explore new ecological materials is an important research field in materials science research workers need to continue to explore.
