【摘要】 本文共由六部分组成：序言部分介绍文本选题的意义及其在国内外的研究现状、主要依据的资料和研究方法、主要内容、解决的问题、创新和发展之处以及几个地域概念专用名词的说明等；第一章主要叙述察南地区历史沿革简介和“七七事变”后,日本占领张家口并在其确立其殖民统治的过程以及蒙疆联合自治政府的成立经过。第二章主要叙述了日本统治时期对蒙疆察南地区的学校奴化活动。内容包括学校奴化概况,学校奴化教育的形式和内容,分为初等教育、中等教育、特殊教育、学校奴化教育的特点和危害；第三章主要叙述日本统治时期对蒙疆察南地区的社会文化的奴化活动。包括通过新闻、广播进行侵略、利用鸦片毒化的奴化、利用宗教进行社会奴化等。结语部分总结了全文的基本内容,叙述了本文论述日本帝国主义对察南地区奴化政策的意义。本文在以下几个方面有所创新和发展：一、由于当时蒙疆察南地区属于现今的河北地区,对于这一部分的研究内蒙地区和河北地区都没有系统的探究。本文比较系统地研究了日本在蒙疆察南地区的奴化政策,从学校、社会两方面基本重建和复原了日本在蒙疆察南地区实行奴化政策的本来面目；二、通过分析日本对察南地区的奴化政策,揭露了日本帝国主义利用奴化手段对该地区进行侵略的活动,实际是一种文化侵略,与日本对中国的经济和军事侵略,都是日本侵略的重要手段之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 This dissertation consists of six parts, namely the introduction, four chapters and a conclusion chapter. In the introduction, the author briefly introduces the significance of the subject of the article, present studying condition of the subject in China and abroad, the main materials that we depend on, the studying methods, the main content, the problems to be solved and the explanations of the concept of some proper names concerning region. In Chapter One, the author mainly described on "incident", Japan occupied in Zhangjiakou and established its colonial rule and the process of Mongjiang with the establishment of the joint autonomous government after. In Chapter Two, the author mainly talks about the Japanese occupation of Mongjiang ChaNa area schools of enslaving the policy. Content including school, school education of enslaving the general situation of enslaving the form and content of elementary education, secondary, divided into education and special education, school education of enslaving the characteristics. The Chapter Three basically describes the Japanese occupation of Mongjiang ChaNa area society of enslaving the policy. Including through the press, radio aggressive, use of opium poisoning enslaving the use of religion, social enslaving, etc.. In the conclusion chapter, the author summarizes the content of the dissertation.The author obtains some new achievements in her studies as follows:1. It was Southern Chahar Of Inner Mongolia is a current Hebei regime change, regional division, for this part of the experience of Inner Mongolia region and Hebei area studies are not the study of system. This paper systematically studied in Japan ChaNa Mongjiang in policy, from school, enslaving two basic social rebuilding and recovery in Japan ChaNa Mongjiang in force of the policies of enslaving the true colors.2. Through the analysis of Japan ChaNa area of Mongjiang enslaving the policy to reveal the Japanese imperialism to the region by means of enslaving the aggressive of the plot.
