【摘要】 随着住宅开发的不断发展，山地居住区也兴起了营建热潮，其因拥有独具优势的环境优势而受到各种消费人群的青睐。山地开发在营建过程和后期使用中都必然带来对原生态系统链的危害，从而导致山地周围自然环境整个生态系统的逐步恶化。本文基于此背景在景观设计学、园林美学、景观生态学、恢复生态学等相关理论的基础上对山地住宅区中的景观进行生态型设计探索。第一部分对国内外相关领域的学术研究进行文献整合，在此基础上提出本论文的研究框架和研究方向。第二部分针对与本课题研究相关的理论进行系统梳理，找出各相关理论对本研究的理论支撑。第三部分首先对山地住宅区内部的地形、景观构筑物及小品、水系、植物等特征及现阶段存在的问题进行分析研究；其次，在前期分析研究的基础上，提出山地住宅区景观设计应该具有的各项原则；对山地住宅区内部的地形、景观构筑物及小品、水系、植物等景观要素展开分析，探讨生态型的设计及表现形式。第四部分将上文得出的山地住宅区景观生态型设计理论原则及内部各景观元素的生态型设计方法运用到实际的案例中。第五部分总结本文相较其他课题的创新之处：将山地住宅区的景观设计与山地生态环境保护相结合，在对山地生态环境的特征分析的基础上，得出适宜于山地住宅区生态型规划设计的理论原则及山地地形、景观构筑物及小品、水系、植物等景观元素生态型设计的理论基础和途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the heat of residential development rising gradually, and the mountainous residentialconstruction boom, and it gets a really nice reception among various consumer groups of all ages becauseof its unique environment. Mountain development and later used in the construction process inevitablybring harm to the original ecosystem damage of chain, thus causing progressive deterioration of the naturalenvironment around the entire eco-system in mountain district.In this context, this article based on the aesthetics of landscape design, landscape architecture,landscape ecology, restoration ecology theory, is to make exploration in the landscape ecological design ofresidential areas in the mountain. First part is to integrate on literature related academic research in thefield of consolidation at home and abroad, and on the basis of this research to present framework andresearch direction of the paper. Part II attempts to analyze this subject-related theory system systematicallyand identify relevant theory to the study of theoretical support. Third part first analysis research onmountainous residential areas internal of terrain, and landscape structure and the essays, and water, andplant, features and the at this stage exists of problem; second, in early analysis research of foundation, offerauthor ‘s design analysis, ecological design and presentation on mountain residential landscape designprinciples and on mountain residential area should have internal structures and sketches of the topography,landscape, water system, and plants the landscaping elements.Part IV applys the mountainous landscapeecological design in residential areas of theoretical principles and internal elements of the landscapeecological design method mentioned above to actual cases.
