大直径无压给料三产品重介质旋流器在动力煤选煤厂的应用研究

【摘要】 谢桥新建选煤厂根据末煤煤质及可选性,选择使用3GDMC1400/1000AP型无压给料三产品重介质旋流器选煤工艺及设备,这是3GDMC1400/1000AP型无压给料三产品旋流器在动力煤选煤厂第一次使用。本文先介绍了现当代选煤的重要地位、发展方向以及国内外有关大直径重介质旋流器的研究进展;接下来说明了课题研究的目的意义及主要研究内容。然后详细说明了无压给料三产品重介质旋流器的工作原理、结构参数及技术特点。重点介绍了以3GDMC1400/1000AP型动力煤专用型无压给料三产品重介质旋流器为核心分选设备的大型高效简化的动力煤分选技术。最后,从谢桥选煤厂动力煤可选性特征及用户实际需要情况出发,探讨了6-0mm粒级全部进入旋流器(入选原煤不经过筛缝为6mm博后筛分级,全部直接进入旋流器)、全部不进入旋流器(入选原煤经过6mm筛缝博后筛分级后,仅筛上物进入旋流器,筛下物直接作为精煤产品)和部分进入旋流器(入选原煤经过6mm筛缝博后筛分级后,全部筛上物和部分筛下物进入旋流器)三种情况;以及悬浮液密度、给料压力、处理量等操作参数方面的问题,并得出了最佳选择。通过实践,我们取得了先进的技术经济指标(以50-Omm全部入选为例,即入选原煤不经过博后筛分级全部进入旋流器):单机处理能力455t/h;使用1.450kg/L密度的重介质悬浮液实现了1.829kg/L高密度的分选;表征分选精度的可能偏差Epm=0.027kg/L、精煤灰分18.47%、矸石灰分80.83%、矸石带煤0.93%、精煤带矸石1.70%;有效分选粒度下限达0.25mm(0.5~0.25mm可能偏差Epm=0.049kg/L),使全厂圆满完成了年处理能力3.0Mt原煤的各项指标,投产一年就获利润5479.47万元。3GDMC1400/1000AP型无压给料三产品重介质旋流器选煤工艺及设备在动力煤选煤厂的应用丰富和发展了具有我国自主知识产权的大型、高效、简化重介质选煤技术,巩固了我国重介质旋流器选煤技术国际领先的地位。
【Abstract】 Xieqiao new coal preparation plant based on coal quality and washability of the end of coal, choose to use3GDMC1400/1000AP non-pressurized feed three products heavy medium cyclone coal preparation technology and equipment, which is the first use of3GDMC1400/1000AP no pressurized feed three-product cyclone in Power Coal Preparation Plant.This article first introduces the important position of the modern and contemporary coal preparation and direction of development, as well as domestic and foreign large-diameter dense medium cyclone research progress. Next, it explains the purpose and significance of research and technical problems to be solved. Then details operating principle, structure parameters and technical characteristics of non-pressurized feed three products heavy medium cyclone. The paper highlights large-scale efficient simplified thermal coal separation technology at the core of3GDMC1400/1000AP type without pressure feeding three-product dense medium cyclone.Finally,starting from the Xieqiao coal preparation plant steam coal washability characteristics and users actual needs,this paper discusses the6~0mm size all enter the cyclone(coals without sieve slit6mm Bo screening level, all direction to the cyclone), all do not enter the cyclone (selected raw coal after screening level after the6mm sieve slit Bo, only sieve material into the cyclone, sieve matter directly into the cyclone as a clean coal product) and some(coals after screening level after the6mm sieve slit Bo, all screen on the matter and part of the screen material into the cyclone) three cases; and the problem of suspension density, feed pressure, handling capacity and other operating parameters, and conclude that the best choice.Through practice, we have achieved the advanced technical and economic indicators (50~0mm all selected, for example, the coals without screening level after Bo all enter the cyclone):single machine processing capacity of455t/h; use of1.450kg/L density of heavy medium suspension realized the1.829kg/L high density sorting; characterization of sorting accuracy of the possible deviation Epm=0.027kg/L, concentrate ash content18.47%, gangue content80.83%, gangue with coal0.93%, coal with gangue1.70%; effectively sorting the grain size limit of0.25mm (0.5~0.25mm possible deviation Epm=0.049kg/L), the whole plant to the successful completion of the indicators of an annual handling capacity of3.0Mt of raw coal, and put into operation a year, a profit of54.7947million yuan.The application of3GDMC1400/1000AP type without pressure feeding three-product dense medium cyclone coal preparation technology and equipment has enriched and developed with our own intellectual property rights of large, efficient, simplified heavy-medium coal preparation technology in power coal preparation plant. It consolidated the international leading position of heavy medium cyclone coal preparation technology.
