铁路钢箱梁正交异性钢桥面板疲劳性能研究

【摘要】 钢箱梁正交异性板以其施工速度快、结构重量轻、节约钢材、跨越能力大、结构形式美观等优点近些年被的大跨度桥梁设计者所青睐。但由于其结构复杂、疲劳效应明显、焊接残余应力效应突出等原因也限制了其进一步推广和使用。特别是列车荷载作用下桥面板的疲劳问题一直是研究的热点。甬江铁路特大斜拉桥采用钢箱梁正交异性板结构形式,而钢箱梁主要应用于大跨度公路桥梁中,在铁路桥梁中应用尚属首次,因此需要对钢箱梁正交异性板在铁路荷载下的疲劳性能进行详细的研究。本文以甬江特大铁路斜拉桥为工程背景,通过有限元分析结合模型试验的方法,研究了在铁路荷载作用下不同加劲肋以及不同横隔板开口形式的钢箱梁正交异性板的疲劳性能的差异。因此本文的研究内容对此种结构今后在铁路桥梁中的应用具有较大的参考价值。论文的具体工作如下:1.研究了在铁路荷载作用下,正交异性板不同加筋肋形式以及不同开口形式对疲劳性能的影响。2.研究了在进行有限元分析时,道砟模型的建立对顶板、加筋肋、横隔板等疲劳敏感部位应力分布的影响。3.对疲劳模型试验方案进行介绍,并且对试验数据进行整理与分析,与有限元计算结果进行比较,总结模型试验概况,并对两种不同加筋肋模型进行评价。试验证明:U型加筋肋在疲劳试验进行250万次后发现疲劳裂纹,V型加筋肋未发现裂纹,V型的疲劳性能较好。

【Abstract】 The box girder orthotropic steel deck, with its advantages such as fast constru ction speed, light weight, econ-omy, long-span capacity, beautiful appearance, catch es more and more bridge designers’attention in recent years. But this structure form is also restricted by its complicated structure, fatigue effect of structure and welding resdual stress.And the fatigue property of the bridge steel deck under train load is still a hot research issue.Yongjiang railway extra long-span cable-stayed bridge firstly uses the orthotrop ic deck of steel box girder, which always used in the long-span highway bridge. Consequently, it’s necessary to do a research on the fatigue behavior of this struc tural form under the railway load. This thesis is based on the Yongjiang rail-way extra long-span cable-stayed bridge, and studies the different fatigue property of or thotropic deck with different stiffening rib and different diaphragm openings under railway load. Therefore, this thesis has great reference value. The specific works are as follows:1. Studied the different fatigue performance of the orthotropic deck with differ ent stiffening rib and different diaphragm openings under railway load.2. Studied the influence of ballast model during the analysis of the finite ele ment model.3. Introduced the fatigue model experiment, analysed the test data, and comp-ared the data with the finite element result. During the test we found that the U-rib cracked when the test finished2.5million reiteration. The test proved that the V-rib had a better fatigue characters.
