超高压细水雾切割灭火装置的研究

【摘要】 高压细水雾切割灭火装置是将高压水射流技术和细水雾灭火技术融为一体的高效环保灭火装置,即具备细水雾灭火的高效性,同时也具备“冷”切割的优点,因此高压细水雾切割灭火技术在未来消防救援领域拥有十分广阔的应用前景。目前这方面研究国外已开展多年,并开发出可用于实际工况的产品,国内研究相对起步较晚,相关研究还处于初级阶段。主要研究内容:高压细水雾切割灭火装置的研制,通过对高压磨料水射流的理论研究,以及消防救援要求,提出研制一种便携式超高压细水雾切割灭火装置,采用小推车的结构增强本装置移动性;采用电机直接驱动高压柱塞水泵的方式,使得结构简单;减少系统中阀门的数量,整个系统只需由两个阀门控制,包括一个高压泵的调压溢流阀和一个扳机截止阀,使得系统操作简单容易控制。在高压切割灭火喷枪中提出一种新的磨料混合结构形式,采用磨料在枪体内混合的结构形式,使用小型磨料罐结构不仅可有效降低磨料对装置的磨损,而且减少普通大磨料罐及配套的控制系统,降低了整个装置的重量同时也降低了本装置的成本。高压喷嘴的设计及内外流场的仿真分析。针对本装置的工作特点设计可用于切割和细水雾的高压喷嘴,提出了三种不同结构形式,通过FLUENT软件分别对三种不同结构的高压喷嘴进行内外流场的仿真分析,通过分析压力场合速度场的情况,找到适合本装置的高压喷嘴结构形式,并在后面的试验阶段进行比较分析。搭建超高压细水雾切割灭火装置,开展超高压细水雾切割、灭火的功能性试验研究。通过不同实验研究本装置设计的合理性,高压喷嘴的实验结果和仿真结果的对比,以及对不同材料的实验进一步充实了本文的研究。最后,对本文工作进行全面总结,明确了本装置中存在的不足,并提出建设性的改进策略。
【Abstract】 High pressure water mist cutting fire extinguishing devices use the high pressurewater jet technology and technology of fire water mist entrainment. It is an effectiveenvironmental protection fire extinguishing devices, it is as efficiency as technologyof fire water mist entrainment,also have the advantage of "cold" cutting, so highpressure water mist cutting fire extinguishing technology have the very broadapplication prospect in the fire rescue areas in the future. People abroad have donemany years of study at present. And the product has been used in the practicalapplication, in recent years we just involved in this field. Domestic studies in this fieldare still in the primary stage. The main research contents:Development trend of abrasive jet and the characteristics of fire rescueequipment have been proposed. The paper puts forward a new high pressure watermist cutting fire extinguishing devices model, which abrasive mix in the gun body.The paper makes sure device system parameters. In order to realize the flexiblemobile, device adopting car portable walk institutions with castor wheels has beenconstructed. Finally, the paper introduces the details which need to pay attention to.According to the Structure form mentioned above, a gun which can be used tocut and fire extinguishing has been designed. We do the theoretical calculation anddesign of trigger globe valve, abrasive mixing device and high-pressure spray nozzle.According to the importance of the high pressure nozzle we design nozzle of threedifferent structures.According to different structure form of the nozzle, the theoretical calculation ofthe nozzle, the CFD simulation compared with three different structure forms ofnozzle, and respectively complete flow field analysis and comparison to find thesuitable nozzle structure form have been presented.Processing high pressure water mist and cutting fire extinguishing devices.Through the different experiments we study the rationality of the design of this device.And different materials have been tested respectively.Finally, we summarize the above content, analyze the shortage appeared in thedevice and put forward the feasible improvement plan.
