包装废弃物回收物流系统研究及应用

【摘要】 包装废弃物是城市垃圾的主要来源之一,严重污染了环境。包装废弃物回收利用既有可观的经济效益,也能促进社会、经济的可持续发展。但是,包装废弃物回收物流成本高,致使回收利用率非常低。因此,迫切需要开展包装废弃物回收物流的研究,以降低其物流成本,提高回收利用率。首先,论文分析了SY公司的现状和服务运输模式、运输计划制定过程,提出运输费用过高问题。针对仓库选址不合理问题,建立了包装废弃物回收物流模型,设计了P-中值算法,调整仓库布局,总运输费用降低了约8%。然后,论文分析了SY公司包装废弃物物流运输的特点,建立了具有时间窗约束的包装废弃物运输模型,并利用LINGO软件对模型进行编译及求解,确定运输车辆、次数,运输调度计划,有效降低了运输量,车辆数量和运输车次,总运费费用降低约20%。最后,在SY公司实施了包装废弃物回收物流运输调度系统。一个月的测试数据表明:运输量平均较少30%,固定运费平均降低21%,可变运费平均降低26%,总运费平均降低25%。有效解决了SY公司包装废弃物回收物流成本过高等问题。

【Abstract】 Packaging waste is one of the main sources of city garbage, serious pollution ofthe environment. Packaging waste recycling has considerable economic benefits, andalso can promote the social, economic and sustainable development. However,recycling of packaging waste logistics cost is high, case the recycling rate is very low.Therefore, packaging waste recycling logistics research is urgent need, to reduce thelogistics cost, improve the utilization rate of recovery.First of all, this paper analyzes the SY Company’s situation and service mode oftransport, the analysis of transport planning process, and raises the transportation costproblem. With warehouse location problem, establishing the recycling of packagingwaste logistics model, designed the P-median algorithm, adjusting the layout ofwarehouses, total transportation cost was decreased by about8%.Then, this paper analyzes the SY Company packaging waste logistics transportcharacteristics, has established packaging waste transport model with time windowconstraints, and use the LINGO software to compile and solving the model, todetermine the number of transport vehicles, transport, scheduling, effectively reducethe transportation volume, number of vehicles and trucks, general freight cost isreduced by20%.Finally, the packaging waste recycling logistics transportation scheduling systemis inplement. A month of test data show that: the traffic volume average less30%,fixed cost is reduced by an average of21%, variable freight is reduced by an averageof26%, and the total cost is reduced by an average of25%. The SY Companypackaging waste recycling logistics high cost problem is effective solved.
