基于RFID的汽车预维修故障诊断系统的研发

【摘要】 目前汽车的维修方式主要采用事后维修,也就是发生故障后的维修,这种维修方式造成的经济损失比较大,维修时间比较长。而预维修方式能对汽车的技术状况及时做出识别与推断,找出隐患及时排除,发现问题及时维修,确保汽车的行车安全。本课题开发了基于RFID的汽车预维修故障诊断系统,该系统主要由RFID信息系统、应用了BP神经网络进行汽车故障预测的汽车故障预测系统和汽车故障诊断系统组成。该系统可以根据汽车的状态参数判断汽车的故障或未来可能发生的故障,还可以根据故障部位或故障现象给出维修建议,而且通过RFID信息系统可以满足汽车维修企业等对汽车生命周期中维护、修理和其他数据跟踪的需求。本文首先分析了RFID信息系统和汽车预维修故障诊断系统的开发要点。RFID信息系统的开发要点在于电子标签内存使用的设计和读写器中间件通信协议的设计;开发汽车预维修故障诊断系统的要点在于故障预测方法的选择和故障诊断方法的选择两个方面,在比较了五种故障预测方法和三种故障诊断方法后,本课题选择BP神经网络方法作为汽车故障预测方法、专家系统故障诊断法作为汽车故障诊断方法。然后分别设计、开发了RFID信息系统、基于BP神经网络的汽车故障预测系统和汽车故障诊断系统,并分别进行系统的测试,测试结果表明三个子系统都可以正常工作。最后对基于RFID的汽车预维修故障诊断系统进行了集成设计,应用SQLS件进行了数据库的开发系统做系统应用测试—erver软,并对该,测试结果表明基于RFID的汽车预维修故障诊断系统可以正常工作。
【Abstract】 The mode of vehicle maintenance is based on the fault which has happened atpresent, this kind of maintenance mode costs more money and takes longer time. Butcondition based maintenance can identify and judge the faults in time, eliminate thehidden danger or repair faults bef’ore big losses, whats more, it can ensure trafficsafety.This paper developed a vehicle condition based maintenance diagnostic systemusing RFID, the system is composed by an information system based on RFID, avehicle failure prediction system based on BP neural network and a vehicle failurediagnostic system. And the system can determine the vehicle’s failures or the failuresthat might occur in the future according to the state parameters of the vehicle.Wh’ats more, it can also give maintenance recommendations according to the faultphenomenon or fault position. Combining with RFID (radio frequency identification)techno logy can ensure the maintenance, repair, and other data in vehicle life cycleavailability with the greatest degree, which satisfies the needs of vehiclemaintenance companies.Firstly, this paper analyzed the key development points of RFID system andvehicle condition based maintenance diagnostic system. The RFID informationsystem development points included the design of the RFID t’ags memory usage andth’e design of the RFID middlewares communication protocol; the developmentpoints of vehicle condition based maintenance part included the data process, thechoice of vehicle fault prediction methods and the choice of vehicle fault diagnostic’methods, whats more, after the comparison of5vehicle fault prediction methods and3vehicle fault diagnostic methods, BP neural network was chosen as the vehicle faultprediction method, expert system was chosen as the vehicle fault diagnostic method.After that, this paper designed and developed the RFID information system, thevehicle failure prediction system based on BP neural network and the vehicle failurediagnostic system separately, and the testing result of the three systems indicatedthat all the systems worked well.At last, this paper did integrating design for the vehicle condition basedmaintenance diagnostic system using RFID, developed the database by SQLS—erver,and the testing result indicated that the vehicle condition based maintenancediagnostic system using RFID worked well.
