【摘要】 大学生创业无论对个人还是对社会发展都有十分重要的意义。美国、韩国等国家在支持大学生创业方面有值得借鉴之处；北京、上海两市政府和部分高校在大学生创业扶持方面做了许多有益的工作,本文旨在通过对北京、上海部分高校创业扶持体系进行实证研究基础之上,借鉴外国的经验,对体育大学生创业扶持体系的构建和完善提出一些建设性的建议。首先,本文对大学生创业进行理论上的研究和梳理,内容包括对研究背景、研究的理论意义和实践意义、研究方法、中国大学生创业扶持体系研究现状等问题进行综述,对创业、创业教育、创业扶持体系要素等重要概念做出分析与界定。其次,通过对美国、韩国大学生创业现状及这两个国家部分高校的创业扶持体系进行分析,得出对发展和完善中国高校创业扶持体系的一些具体建议,包括对地方政府和高校如何加强创业政策法规扶持力度,重视创业教育,提高大学生创业意识,组建创业教育机构,完善创业教育体系；加强校企合作等。再次,运用调查问卷的研究方法,对部分体育高校大学生创业情况进行分析和阐述,查找中国体育高校创业扶持体系在创业教育、政策法规、资金扶持、孵化扶持等方面存在的不足,通过对体育大学生创业团队的个案研究,剖析体育大学生在创业方面缺乏的素质的条件。在此研究的基础之上,提出体育大学生创业应从创业政策法规扶持、创业教育扶持、创业资金扶持、孵化培育扶持等四个方面对构建和完善体育大学生创业扶持体系提出一些建议,以求对体育大学生的创业活动具有一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 College students’ innovative undertaking is of great significance to the development of both themselves and the society. The United States and South Korea provide enlightening experience in supporting students to start their own business. The governments of Beijing and Shanghai as well as some universities have done useful experiment in this area. This article aims at put forward some constructive advice to the establishment and optimization of the supporting system for sports students starting business, based on the experience of foreign countries and the analysis of the existing supporting system in universities in Beijing and Shanghai.This paper starts with a theoretical discussion about college students’ innovative undertaking, including a review of the research background, the theoretical significance and practical significance, methodology and a literature review, and then follows with the definition and analysis of important terms and concepts such as innovative undertaking, entrepreneurship education, and entrepreneurship supporting system.In the second part, the paper discusses college students’ innovative undertaking in the United States and South Korea, seeing into their entrepreneurship supporting system for college students and then raises some practical suggestions for the improvement of Chinese supporting system for college students to start business. These suggestions include improving policies for students starting business, attaching more importance to entrepreneurship education, improving college students’ entrepreneurship, establishing training institutions for starting business, and strengthening cooperation between universities and enterprises.Through questionnaires, this paper is able to research on the current situation of college students’ business in some sports universities. It tries to find out the existing supporting system’s weakness in entrepreneurship education, policies, funding and guidance for college students. The paper also digs into the weakness of college students in case studies, analyzing qualities they lack in starting business. The paper calls for improving the supporting system for sports students in four aspects:policies and laws related to entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship education, funding for starting business and training.更多还原
