制造业设备e-维护系统结构体系和关键技术研究

【摘要】 设备维护不仅是保证制造企业经营成功的关键因素之一,同时也对社会的可持续发展有重要意义,提升制造业的设备维护水平不仅能增强整个制造业的核心竞争力,还能有效地推动生产、环境与社会的和谐发展。在全球经济化的背景下,制造企业不仅要生产出高质量、个性化的产品,而且要对产品提供全生命周期的服务和维护,随着网络技术和通讯技术的发展,设备维护决策技术不断创新,基于远程监测、故障诊断的e-维护系统应运而生,e-维护系统能对设备和产品提供及时的在线维护,使设备达到几近零故障状态。为了提高我国制造业的整体竞争力,必须改进企业传统的设备维护管理模式,因此,本文在分析智能e-维护系统理论特点和发展趋势的基础上,将e-维护系统应用到制造型企业,提出了新的e-维护系统的结构体系,并对e-维护系统实现的关键技术进行了研究。论文首先分析了现代企业设备维护管理的重要性,介绍了e维护理论的产生与发展,随后阐明了制造业e-维护系统产生的背景,在此基础上,对国内外e-维护系统现状进行了分析比较,提出了新的e-维护系统构架和功能。其次,本文将基于案例推理的CBR(Case-based Reasoning)故障诊断技术应用于e-维护故障诊断系统,提高了设备的故障诊断能力;随后对e-维护系统的模型库、知识库和数据库进行了研究;在模型库方面,提出了模型库系统的结构体系及各组成模块的功能,重点对模型的表示方法和选择方法进行了分析;在知识库方面,建立了知识库系统结构体系,研究了知识库实现的关键技术,重点介绍了知识的获取方法,提出了知识库知识发现技术;在数据库方面,提出了制造业设备e-维护系统数据仓库结构体系,对数据仓库的模型进行了设计,并且对数据仓库的实现技术进行了研究;论文还对维护决策模型进行了分析,即维护方式决策和维护周期决策的模型,为企业制定维护决策奠定了基础。最后,论文总结本文的研究内容,分析了接下来的研究内容,为下一步的研究奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 Plant maintenance is a central and critical aspect of control in business success,and is gaining recognition as a significant factor in sustainable development of the society。The improvement of plant maintenance can enhance business’s competitive ability as a whole,and effectively the harmonious development of production,environment and society。In the context of economic globalization,manufacturers must not only produce high-quality,personalized products,but also to provide full life cycle product service and maintenance,with the network technology and communication technology development equipment maintenance decision-making technology continues to innovation,based on remote monitoring and fault diagnosis, the e-maintenance system came into being,e-maintenance system can provide timely on-line maintenance of the equipment to achieve near-zero fault condition。In order to improve the overall competitiveness of China’s manufacturing industry,we must improve the business model of the traditional equipment maintenance,therefore,based on intelligent e-maintenance system characteristics and trends,this paper applies e-maintenance system to manufacturing enterprises,puts forward a new e-maintenance system architecture and studies the key technique。Paper first analyzes the importance of equipment maintenance of the modern enterprise,introduces the production and development of the e-maintenance theory, and then illustrates the background of the manufacturing e-maintenance system,on this basis,designs a new e-maintenance system framework and functions of manufacturing industry on the basis of the domestic and foreign e-maintenance system status。Secondly,this article applies CBR (Case-based Reasoning) fault diagnosis technology for the fault diagnosis system of e-maintenance to improve the fault diagnostic capabilities of equipment;followed the research of the model library,knowledge base and database;in the model library regard,it proposes model base system architecture and the function of the composition of modules,focusing on the model representation and selection of methods of analysis;in the knowledge base,the establishment of a knowledge-based systems architecture studies the key technologies to achieve the knowledge base,and focuses on knowledge acquisition methods ; in the database , it proposes the data warehouse architecture of manufacturing e-maintenance system,designs data warehouse model and implements the data warehouse technology;paper also analyzes the decision-making model,that is, decision-making model of maintain way and decision-making model of maintain cycle which laies the foundation for development of the maintenance。Finally,the paper summaries the contents of this research,and analyzes the contents of the next study in order to lay a foundation for further study。
