中国都市报新闻结构性分析

【摘要】 媒介竞争进入21世纪更加激烈化,媒介产业化的竞争也出现了崭新的局面,同时受众的需求也在逐渐发生着变化,城市居民快节奏的生活方式需要大量的信息和生活资讯能够及时提供。相对党报以政策宣传为主的乏味的报道主题和方式,此时,都市报的产生可谓应运而生,这类报纸多采用日发行的形式,能够及时地为都市人提供海量的资讯,其快捷、灵活的报道方式也越来越赢得都市人的喜爱,成为传统媒体中的一股新兴力量。都市报作为一种并不成熟的媒体方式,也存在着很多不可避免的问题,都市报的未来发展必须有清晰的定位、成熟的运作、品牌化的战略。目前对都市报的研究大多停留在新闻传播理论和受众心理方面,对报纸在新闻结构(报纸上不同类型的新闻的比例)的合理规划方面却缺乏更加客观的调查分析,而报纸新闻结构的合理安排会影响到新闻的传播效果,进行数据分析对都市报的未来调整和发展可以提供客观依据。本文主要是以南方都市报为典型样本,通过对其版面、题材、舆论导向、新闻来源地和新闻传播属性,截取某一时间段内该报内容报道的安排,总结其规律性,并与其他相关都市报(具有代表性的楚天都市报)类比和对比的基础上,探索当前中国都市报发展的现状,并结合既有的新闻理论提出都市报发展的建议。南方都市报是南方报业传媒集团所属系列报之一,创刊于1997年,是面向中国最富庶的珠三角地区主流人群所创办的综合类日报,四开,平均每天出报100版以上,日均发行量已达169万份,是在广东省内发行量最大的4开日报。2006年广告额达18亿元左右。现有员工4000多人。2006-2007年,新闻出版总署发布了全国晚报都市类报纸竞争力检测结果,南方都市报连续两年名列竞争力第1名,被世界品牌实验室评为“中国品牌500强”。无论从南方都市报的发展历程还是它目前在中国都市报的地位,以及办报的取向,还是它在市民受众中的接受度和影响力,都说明,它具有典型的研究价值。而报纸的影响力是通过内容的取舍和安排得以实现的,这些就是报纸的结构性设置,这会直接影响到受众的阅读、选择和营销的成功大小。所以,以南方都市报为典型的都市报结构分析具有实际意义。更多还原
