基于web技术的中小制造企业ERP系统构建研究

【摘要】 信息化己成为中小制造企业增强竞争力,提升利润以及实现跨越式发展的必由之路,而ERP作为企业信息化的核心环节,所发挥的效益已经获得企业界的验证。BPR体现了当今世界先进的企业管理理论,并提供了企业信息化集成的最佳方案。本文结合中小制造企业生产实际,研究了基于Web技术的中小制造企业过程再工程(BPR)及ERP系统,为中小制造企业的信息化建设开辟了新途径。首先介绍了国内外ERP系统发展的现状,阐述了建立中小制造企业ERP系统的必要性和可行性,分析了建立中小制造企业过程系统模型的方法和原理,并研究建立了中小制造企业过程系统模型,进而研究了中小制造企业业务流程再造的方法、原则、实施策略以及关键因素;其次,结合过程系统模型和流程方案,设计制定了中小制造企业ERP系统的总流程,并为中小制造企业提供了三种新的再造流程方案,应用Delphi(德尔菲法)对中小制造企业再造流程进行选择,然后采用AHP(层次分析法)对建立的中小制造企业业务流程效益综合评价指标体系和代价综合评价指标体系进行了评价分析,最终确定了中小制造企业新的流程;最后,结合唐山市水泵厂进行了实证研究。设计了ERP系统硬件网络拓扑结构,分析了生产计划系统功能并研究了主生产计划的编制、计算以及维护。在软件设计上,采用三层架构的思想,对唐山市水泵厂基于WEB技术的ERP系统的生产计划子系统完成了分析设计与调试运行,并取得了较好的经济和社会效益。

【Abstract】 Informatization has become the only way for medium-small manufacturing enterprises to enhance their competitiveness, to increase profits and to realize great-leap-forward development. Furthermore, the ERP as the core link of enterprise informatization, its effect has obtained verification of the business community. BPR reflects the advanced theory of enterprise management in today’s world, and provides the best option of integrated enterprise informatization. Combined with the production practice of medium-small manufacturing enterprises, the present research studies the business process reengineering (BPR) and ERP systems of medium-small manufacturing enterprises based on web technology, trying to open a new way to medium-small manufacturing enterprises information construction.Firstly, this article introduces the current development situation of ERP systems at home and abroad, illustrates the necessity and feasibility of the establishment of medium-small manufacturing enterprises ERP system; analyzes the methods and principles of the process system model of the establishment of medium-small manufacturing enterprise; studies the establishment of medium-small manufacturing enterprises process system model, and then explores the business process reengineering methods, principles, implementation strategy and key factors of the medium-small manufacturing enterprises. Secondly, according to process system model and process program, the experiment develops the total flow of the medium-small manufacturing enterprise ERP system; provides three-new program of recycling processes for medium-small manufacturing enterprises; makes medium-small manufacturing enterprises recycling business processes choice with the help of Delphi (Delphi method) ; and then, by AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) to evluation analyse on the establishment of the technology business management processes comprehensive evaluation index system efficiency and cost comprehensive evaluation index system for the evaluation of the recycling business processes that the best option. Finally, an experimental research is carried out with Tangshan City Pump Factory. In the research, the ERP system hardware network topology is designed; the function of production planning system is analyzed; the preparation, calculation and the maintenance of the master production plan are studied. In software design, in accordance with the three- tier system concept, the analyzed designation and debugging operation of the production plan subsystem of ERP system web-based technology for Tangshan City Pump Factory is carried out, which has achieved good economic and social benefits.
