【摘要】 本文主要以波特钻石模型为理论依据，分析了福建省各地区纤维板产业竞争力的影响因素，构建了区域纤维板产业竞争力的评价指标体系；运用熵权法确定评价指标权重；在运用问卷调查法等社会调查方法获取评价指标数据的基础上，采用线性加权综合法计算福建省各地区纤维板产业竞争力综合评价得分，并且进行比较分析，发现福建省各个地区纤维板产业发展的优势和劣势，促进各个地区扬长避短，提高其纤维板产业竞争力。最后，根据调查发现的问题和评价结果，提出提升福建省各地区纤维板产业竞争力的建议，为福建省各个地区相关政策制定提供参考，为今后纤维板产业竞争力的研究提供参考。具体如下：首先，阐述了国内外研究现状以及理论基础，调查和分析了近几年福建省纤维板的生产、销售状况和发展存在的问题。其次，以波特钻石模型理论为理论依据，构建了福建省各地区纤维板产业竞争力的评价指标体系，包括生产要素、需求条件、相关和支持性产业以及产业结构和市场竞争4个一级指标，以及12个二级指标；并且分析了各个指标对福建省各地区纤维板产业竞争力的影响。再次，通过实地访谈、问卷调查与文献查阅，取得评价指标数据，应用熵权法确定评价指标权重，运用线性加权综合法计算出福建省各个地区纤维板产业竞争力的综合评价得分，得出三明市纤维板产业的竞争力最强，其次是南平市，第三到第九分别是泉州、龙岩、宁德、福州、厦门、漳州、莆田市。通过各个地区之间纤维板产业竞争力的比较分析，得出不同地区的关键影响因素不同，并且了解了福建省各地区纤维板产业的优、劣势指标。最后，根据调查发现的问题和评价结果，提出提升福建省纤维板产业竞争力以及发挥福建省各地区纤维板产业比较优势的建议，主要包括：注重生产要素投入；扩大市场需求，提高产品市场份额；促进相关与支持性产业的发展；调整优化产业结构。并针对各个地区的实际情况和竞争力评价结果分别提出建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper mainly uses Potter diamond model theory as the theoretical foundationto analyze influencing factors of fiberboard industry competitiveness in variousregions of Fujian province, and constructs a fiberboard industry competitivenessevaluation index system and uses entropy method to determine the weight ofevaluation index. Then, based on taking the investigation method of questionnaire andother methods for social investigation to get the evaluation index data, the paper usesthe weighted average method to calculate the comprehensive evaluation scores offiberboard industry competitiveness in various regions of Fujian province and makesa comparative analysis, which shows that the advantages and disadvantages offiberboard industry in all regions of Fujian province. Finally, according to the findingsof the investigation and evaluation of the result, the paper proposes suggestions onpromoting fiberboard industry competitiveness of Fujian province. This can providereference for various regions of Fujian Province to improve the competitiveness offiberboard industry, and provide reference for further research of fiberboard industrycompetitiveness.Specific as follows:Firstly, the paper elaborates the present research situation at home and abroad aswell as the theoretical foundation, investigates and analyses fiber board production,sales situation and the existing problems in the development in last few years.Secondly, the paper establishes an evaluation index system of fiberboard industrycompetitiveness in various regions of Fujian province, including four first gradeindexes including the production factors, demand conditions, related and supportingindustries and industrial structure and market competition as well as twelve secondgrade indexes, and analyses the influence of each index on fiberboard industrycompetitiveness in various regions of Fujian province.Thirdly, through interview, questionnaire survey and literature review, the paperobtains evaluation index data, and uses entropy method to determine the weights ofevaluation indexes, and calculates the comprehensive evaluation scores of fiberboardindustry competitiveness in various regions of Fujian province by the application of weighted average method. The paper concludes that the overall competitiveness offiberboard in Sanming is the strongest, followed by Nanping, Quanzhou, Longyan,Ningde, Fuzhou, Xiamen, Zhangzhou, and Putian areas. Through the comparativeanalysis of fiberboard industry competitiveness among different areas, the paperpoints that the key influence factors are different in different regions and elaboratesthe advantages and disadvantages of fiberboard industry in various regions of FujianProvince.Finally, according to the findings of the investigation and evaluation results, thepaper proposes countermeasures and suggestions to improve the competitiveness offiber board industry and fully play the comparative advantage of fiber board indifferent areas of Fujian province. These include: payying attention to investment offactor of production, expanding the market demand, improving product market share,promoting the development of the related and supporting industry, adjustment andoptimization of industrial structure. In the light of the actual situation of each area andevaluation results of competitiveness, the paper respectively puts forward thesuggestions.更多还原
