【摘要】 作为公立医疗机构的云南省中西医结合医院,多年来的发展一直处于艰难生存的境地,面对竞争日趋激烈的医疗市场,如何迅速的发展壮大,就成为云南省中西医结合医院的当务之急,也是中西医结合医院最应该考虑和研究的课题。医院发展要有一个明确的定位,医院发展要有一个长远的目标,要做到这些,医院就必须制定新的发展战略,以满足医院自身不断发展的需要。本文就上述认识开展了专题研究：分析国内外关于医院管理和医院发展战略的经验,结合新医改的实施内容和中西医结合医院现状,剖析新医改政策对中西医结合医院的影响,探讨省级中西医结合医院所面临的挑战和机遇,提出以科学发展观为指导,提出制定省级中西医结合医院发展战略的取向,创建内部管理新模式,加快实施人才发展战略、经营管理战略、人文管理战略和品牌战略、服务战略和管理战略,为省级中西医结合医院又好又快可持续发展打下坚实的基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 The year2009witnessed the beginning of a new round of healthcare system reform in China. Under the new healthcare policy, public hospitals must give full play to their functions in public welfare in order to bear the responsibilities in public health, basic medical care, preventive care, and drug regulations by the government authority. In such circumstances, health care institutions and communities express a variety of views, opinions and attitudes. As a Provincial Hospital Integrated with Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine, it is very urgent for us to take the favorable opportunity of the new round of medical reform and find out a new way for rapid and better development, which has undergone a difficult situation for double decades.Such kind of challenges and opportunities are brand new for us. The development of the hospital calls for a clear orientation and a long-term goal. To get to the goal, the hospital must finish the formulation of its development strategies to meet needs of its rapid growing under the new circumstances. In this paper, the author, through thorough surveys, analyzes the experiences in improvement of hospital management and hospital strategy-making practiced home and abroad, dissecting the effects of the new Reform Policy on the Chinese Hospital of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine, probing into the potential challenges, opportunities and situations, further detailing the performance contents of New Medical Reform in Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine hospital. On this basis, the author puts forward the idea of formulating the developing strategy of the Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine under the guidance of scientific outlook on development. With the developing strategy, the hospital should lay a solid foundation for the sound, rapid and sustainable development by creating the new model of internal management and by implementing such strategies as talent development, management and administration, hospital cultural, and brand management.更多还原
