【摘要】 科学发展观同马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想是一脉相承的,是与时俱进的马克思主义发展观,是发展中国特色社会主义必须坚持和贯彻的重大战略思想。我国正处于转型升级、提速增效关键时期,必须坚持以科学发展观统领全局,切实转变经济发展方式,开创经济社会又好又快发展新局面。党的十七大报告指出,实现国民经济又好又快的发展,关键要在转变经济发展方式方面取得重大进展。转变经济发展方式,是科学发展观的内在要求和必然选择,转变经济发展方式的根本保证是落实科学发展观。本文通过三大部分阐述了科学发展观与我国经济发展方式的转变：第一部分是科学发展观与我国经济发展方式转变的概述,主要阐述了科学发展观与我国经济发展方式转变的提出、内涵、现实意义及其二者的关系；第二部分是科学发展观对转变经济发展方式的新要求,主要从经济结构战略性调整、保障与改善民生、科技进步与创新、建设资源节约与环境友好型社会等四方面来加以阐述的；第三部分是科学发展观指导下我国经济发展方式转变,主要从转变经济发展观念、坚持统筹兼顾协调发展、坚持“以人为本”向注重人的发展和经济质量转变、建设环境友好型社会、转变政府职能,建立服务型政府等四个方面来进行阐述的。经济发展方式的转变的快速实现,有利于社会的和谐与稳定,有利于国民收入分配的更加合理,有利于实现人们对新生活美好期望,也有利于我国全面建设小康社会新目标的实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 Scientific development view and marxism-leninism and Mao zedong thought, deng xiaoping theory and the important thought of "three represents",can be traced to the is marxism development is developing socialism with Chinese characteristics must adhere to and implement the important strategic thoughts.Our country is in the transformation and upgrading of efficiency, increase speed critical times,must stick to a scientific approach to global,practically transformation of the mode of economic development,and create a sound and rapid eco-social development in the new situation.The CPC national economy report points out,realize quickly and well, and the key to the development in transformation of the mode of economic development has achieved significant progress.Transformation of the mode of economic development, is the inherent requirement of scientific development concept and the inevitable choice, transformation of the mode of economic development is the fundamental guarantee to implement the scientific concept of development.This paper expounds the three most of the scientific development view and China’s economic development mode change:the first part Is the scientific development view and China’s economic development mode change paper mainly expounds the scientific development view and the China’s economic development mode change puts forward, connotation,realistic meaning and the relationship between the two; The second part is the scientific development concept to transform the pattern of economic development of new requirements,mainly from the strategic adjustment of the economic structure,security and improve the people’s livelihood,scientific progress and innovation,construction resource conservation and environment friendly society to illustrate this four aspects; The third part is under the guidance of scientific development view our economic development mode change,mainly from the changes of economic development concept,insist on overall consideration coordinated development,adhere to the "people-oriented" to pay attention to the quality of development and economic transformation,construction environment-friendly society,transformation of government functions,build a service-oriented government and so on four aspects to elaborate.Changing the model of economic development to be realized,the rapid social harmony and stability,be helpful for national income,which is helpful to realize the more reasonable expectation of new life people,but also beneficial to the well-off society new targets.更多还原
