【摘要】 二十一世纪以后,水体污染、空气污染、能源短缺、重金属超标、温室效应等等生态环境危机令人类应接不暇；在我国,更是严重了制约了经济社会发展和国民幸福水平,因此我们有必要主动去探究生态环境恶化、资源匮乏下隐藏的社会问题、历史问题。在马克思主义刚刚诞生的年代,生态环境问题尚未完全显现出来,并没有能够引起当时世人的警觉和关注,因此马克思、恩格斯在历史唯物主义理论中,对于生态观的阐述是间接的,没有直接为我们指明解决现在生态问题的关键所在。但是我们也同时应当看到,马克思主义生态观以马克思主义哲学为指导思想,从本质上解读了人与自然的关系,更是从生产力和生产方式、经济基础与上层建筑等角度揭示了产生生态环境危机的根本原因。通过批判资本主义制度,为我们指明了共产主义社会中人、自然、社会和谐发展的方向,为我们认清人与自然的关系,在目前人与自然矛盾日益加剧的困境中寻求解决路径提供了重要的指导作用。本文针对我国面临的主要环境问题,通过对马克思主义生态思想的梳理和解读,以马克思主义生态观作为解决当前环境问题的主要指导思想,以此提出一些具有可操作性、符合国情的解决措施。不包括绪论,全文共分成三大部分：第一部分对马克思主义生态观的历史背景和理论来源进行了探究,梳理了生态观的发展历程,揭示了马克思主义生态观对以往生态观的批判与继承,并通过对马克思主义经典著作的解读,阐述了马克思主义生态观的主要内容和深刻内涵。第二部分首先探究了生态文明建设的理论依据,并分析了马克思主义生态观对构建生态文明的借鉴,概括了生态文明的基本内涵和主要特点,通过了解我国生态环境污染情况加剧、自然资源和能源短缺的现状,指出构建生态文明对于我国的重要意义和时代价值。第三部分将马克思主义生态观思想贯彻于我国生态文明建设之中,从观念、经济和国家政策层面提出了具有可操作性和实用性的具体措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of science and technology, enormous progress in productivity, human being able to set foot in the field, the development and utilization of resource capacity and range greatly exceeded the past, sufficient to meet the need of human’s material. But the disordered and without restriction of the use of nature also increasingly aggravated the contradiction between man and nature. Especially after entering twenty-first Century, water pollution, air pollution, energy shortage, heavy metal exceed the standard, the greenhouse effect, ecological environment crisis that human too busy to attend to all; in our country, more seriously restrict the economic and social development and the national level of happiness, so it is necessary for us to explore the ecological deterioration of the environment, lack of resources is hidden under the social problems, history problem.The Marx doctrine was born of time, the ecological environment problems have not been fully revealed, and not able to arouse people’s alertness and attention at that time, so Marx, Engels in the theory of historical materialism, the ecological concept it is fragmentary, indirect, not directly designates for us to solve the present ecological problems. But we also ought to see at the same time, the Marx doctrine view of ecology on the basis of practice, taking dialectical materialism as the guiding ideology, beyond the past all philosophy, from the nature of the relationship between man and nature, is from productivity and mode of production, economic base and superstructure, reveals the ecological environment crisis the underlying causes. Through the criticism of capitalism, as we pointed out the Communist society person, natural, society harmonious development direction, as our understanding of the relationship between man and nature, man and nature in the growing contradictions difficulties in seeking solutions to provide important guidance function.The article is aimed at our country the main environment problems, based on the Marx principle ecological thoughts and understanding, to the Marx doctrine view of ecology as a solution to the current environmental problems are the main guiding ideology, this paper puts forward some operable measures, in line with the national conditions.Not including the introduction, the full text is divided into four parts:The first part of the Marx doctrine ecological view of the historical background and theoretical origin of ecological view, combing the development course, Marx reveals the ecological view on traditional ecological concept of criticism and inheritance, and through to the Marx doctrine classics reading, expounds Marx s ecological values of the main content and profound connotation.The second part first discusses the theoretical basis of ecological civilization construction, and analyzes the ecological view of Marx and Western Marx ecological thought on the building of ecological civilization ecological civilization for reference, summarized the basic connotation and characteristics, through the understanding of China’s ecological environment pollution aggravate, natural resources and energy shortage situation, points out that the construction of ecological civilization to China’s significance and value of the times.The third part will be the Marx doctrine view of ecology thought is carried out in China’s ecological civilization construction, from the concept, economy and national policy level, proposes the practical and specific practical measures.更多还原
