基于RFID的编组站管控系统研究

【摘要】 铁路运输一直以来在我国货运行业中都占有重要地位,它的发展影响着相关产业链经济的发展。近年来,快递业的发展使铁路运输面临着巨大压力,人们对货运速度的关注胜过了对成本的关注。统计数据显示,公路运输发展呈上升趋势而铁路运输呈下降趋势,且铁路运输一部分市场份额已经被公路运输占领。因此,提高铁路运输效率迫在眉睫。提高铁路运输效率,提高编组站作业效率是关键。目前,我国已经成功研制出了CIPS和SAM编组站管控一体化系统,两种系统通过不同的系统结构实现了编组站多项操作的集中控制以及自动化管理,但是系统中还存在一些不足。RFID是一种无线通信技术,标签信息存储量大而且能快速读取并自动存储,它的这些特性可以为编组站各战场提供作业所需信息。本文根据管控系统实际应用现状的调研,分析和总结了编组站对未来管控系统在技术、功能和管理上的需求。在此基础上,本文成功设计了基于RFID技术的需求解决方案,研究利用RFID技术实现货检信息自动反馈、股道自动控制、自动测速控速。在方案设计的基础上,构建了基于RFID的编组站管控系统数据采集系统架构,并利用Microsoft Visual Studio开发的RFID标签数据获取程序对编组站标签数据获取进行了模拟。最后,利用系统开发工具Java SE和Mv SOL开发了基于RFID的编组站管控一体化系统,对系统架构、功能结构、业务流程、数据流程、数据库等进行了详细设计在基于RFID的编组站管控一体化系统中,RFID技术贯穿了整个编组站作业过程,提高了系统信息处理效率和编组站的设备利用率。该系统对现有管控系统功能进行了完善和优化,并增加了新的功能模块,是一个更科学的管控一体化系统,对铁路编组站管控系统的发展和研究具有一定的参考价值和指导意义。
【Abstract】 Rail transportation plays an important role in the freight industry and it influences the related industries. In recent years, express delivery industry has grown rapidly as people pay more attention on the speed than the cost, which has brought rail transportation an enormous challenge. The market share of road transportation is increasing while rail transportation is reducing. As the statistics show, part of the market share of rail transportation has been occupied by the road transportation. Therefore, it is important and emergency to improve the rail transportation efficiency. Improving the efficiency of marshalling yard is one of the most effective ways to reduce the transport time. CIPS and SAM are two existing integrated systems of the marshalling yard, both of which achieve the automatic management and control of information and operating though they are different from framework. However, systems are need to be advanced.RFID, a wireless communication technology, can provide information for operations in marshalling yard with automatic storage and quickly read, requirements for technology, function and management In the future marshalling yard control system are analyzed and summarized According to the practical application of the existing system. This paper successfully design solutions for the requirements based on RFID technology, which can automatic feedback the cars and cargoes inspection information, control lanes and cars speed. RFID tag data acquisition is simulated for marshalling yard using the program developed with Microsoft Visual Studio after the marshalling yard data acquisition framework based on RFID is constructed. At last, the integrated system is developed successfully with Java SE and My SQL base on the detailed design for system and functions structure, business processes, data flows and database.In this system, RFID are used in the automatic operations, which can process the information efficiently and make better use of resources in marshalling yard. Compared with the existing marshalling yard management system, the system improves and optimizes the functions, even adds new functions. It is designed more scientifically and can affect the research and development of the integrated systems of management and control.
