【摘要】 能力结构是个体所具备的,是组织选拔符合需要人才的标准,它包括完成工作目标所必要的知识、技能和职业素养。研究国内大型体育场馆职业经理人的胜任力结构,有助于我们快速地、有效地选拔到合格的、优秀的体育场馆职业经理人。随着在全球体育产业发展,体育赛事增多,其规模和组织的复杂性也在不断增加,对体育场馆的管理人员的要求也随之提高。在全世界范围内,大型场馆的运营是个共同的难题,特别是在承办大型赛事之后,场馆运营的收入难以支撑其高额的维护费用,甚至造成了某些国家“办完赛事拆场馆”的悲剧。这其中当然有赛事经济短期效应的影响,但是大型体育场馆职业经理人的能力也是不可忽视的一部分。那么,如何对大型体育场馆的职业经理人的胜任力进行评估,已经成为大型体育场馆运营中亟待解决的问题。本文共采用两种方法完成对体育场馆职业经理人胜任力模型的创建,即岗位能力需求分析法和问卷调查法相结合,以岗位能力需求分析法为主,辅之以问卷调查法,最终完成了对大型体育场馆经理人胜任力模型的创建。最后,通过把研究结果与国内职业经理认证能力以及和国内的通用的管理者胜任力模型做对比,验证了国内体育场馆经理人胜任力的模型具有其独特的专业性与群体的特殊性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ability to structure individual with organizational selection in line with the standards of the people needed, including the completion of work objectives with the necessary knowledge, skills and professionalism. Competence structure of the study the large stadiums of professional managers will help us to quickly and effectively promoted to qualified, excellent professional managers of stadiums.With the development of the global sports industry, sports events increased its size and organizational complexity is also increasing, the requirements also will improve the stadium’s management staff.Operators of large venues is a common problem worldwide, especially in hosting such a major event venues operating income is difficult to support its high maintenance costs, and even caused some of the country after finishing the tournament demolished stadium,"tragedy. There are of course the events of economic short-term effects, but the big stadiums part of the ability of professional managers can not be ignored.How, then, to assess the competence of the professional managers of the big stadiums has become a major sports venue operations problems to be solved.This paper uses two methods to complete the competency model to create professional managers stadiums, job capacity needs analysis and survey method, in order to post capacity needs analysis-based, supplemented by questionnaire, the final completion of the competency model created on a large sports stadium manager.Finally, the study results by the domestic professional manager certification capacity and competency model and the general managers of the domestic to do comparison, verified domestic stadiums manager competency model has its unique professional group particularity.更多还原
